Good battery, quick delivery, lack of tracking details.
Battery is good and arrived from China to EU in under a week. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the order was showing as "in processing" until the day it was delivered. I sent a message the day before the delivery asking what was the status and got a reply the following day saying that it had been sent and providing a tracking number, but it was delivered that day to my great surprise.
So, all in all, a small lack of communication/feedback but all the rest was all good. Good battery too, after a couple of cycles it holds the charge and is even larger capacity than the original.

10/10 if I could rate them like that. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere online, placed my order on a Thursday and had it Monday morning. The product is as described and works straight out of the box, was packed carefully and i have nothing to complain about. My 5-year-old laptop feels like new again, thanks!

Problem: delay in delivery. In this 2nd order the experience was not as good as the 1st. I placed the order and paid on the 22nd of June and the order arrived at DHL on the 24th, and was only delivered to me on the 3rd of July (11 days). There should be a real forecast of the delivery date, for an effective management of expectations
