Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. I ordered a sink, took a while to arrive - as others mentioned this is imported from Europe. Tracking wasn't working either. As soon as it has arrived I noticed a manufacturing damage (to be fair I'm not even sure if it was a real Franke sink as the quality just wasn't there and it seemed as it was painted on the top with some white stuff). I messaged them immediately. They said they cannot offer replacement. I spent the next few weeks chasing for refund, I kept being told within the next few days... Ultimately I opened a case with PayPal and after 3 weeks I got the refund. Waste of time, money and effort.

I received a concealed toilet system…

I received a concealed toilet system with damaged insulation/cover. Bathroom2Kitchen refused to accept responsibility, claimed it was only transport packaging, and would not cover the return costs. More than a week after reporting the issue, it is still unresolved.

Based on my experience, I would advise avoiding this company altogether.

Disappointing

I had a very disappointing experience with Bathroom2Kitchen. I ordered a toilet on 11th November, but only part of the order arrived on time. The second part didn’t arrive until the 19th, by which point I had to buy an alternative toilet for my fitter. I requested a return on the 19th, yet the collection wasn’t made until the 27th despite multiple chases. I was then left waiting until 8th December for a refund, and the money still hasn’t reached my account. To make matters worse, I was charged £70 for the return without being informed beforehand, and was told nothing could be done about it. Overall, very unhappy with the service.

Round One.

Round One.
Ordered an item which arrived quickly, only to find it was broken in transit.
Round Two
Email B2K and Albert organised a replacement Item. Joy of rapid turnaround was dampened by finding replacement item also broken.
Round Three.
Another email to Albert, very courteous response and third item was shipped.
Success !! unbroken part now installed and everything working perfectly.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a ceramic countertop basin from Bathroom 2 Kitchen, and it arrived completely broken. The box looked used and damaged, like it had already been opened before.

They sent me a replacement — and guess what? It arrived broken again! The packaging was terrible, with almost no proper protection inside. The basin had barely any of the white foam that’s supposed to protect it during delivery.

Because of this, I’ve already lost £100 that I paid to a plumber as a deposit, and my whole bathroom project is delayed for weeks. It’s honestly unacceptable.

Terrible packaging, poor quality control, and no care for the customer’s time or money. I’ll never order from them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

the personal response and attention to my order was absolutely superb, I am so unused to such good service and after care

the personal response and attention to detail was absolutely amazing. I spoke to Albert in the customer service team, who communicated to me when my order would be delivered and then collected. He contacted me afterwards and followed up the order to make sure I was happy with the service.
The care and attention was exemplary.

Avoid at all costs! Poor packing / care - goods will arrive broken 11/10

I ordered a basin from Bathroom2Kitchen, and the delivery was a complete disaster. When the courier arrived today, the basin was clearly shattered into a thousand pieces. The packaging was appalling, with minimal protection, and there wasn’t even a “fragile” sticker anywhere on the box.

It’s no surprise the item arrived destroyed. The lack of care in packing fragile goods is unacceptable. I refused the delivery on the spot and am now waiting for a refund, but the whole experience has been nothing but frustrating.

If you value your time and money, avoid ordering from this company.

Albert deserves a *****

Albert from the customer service department was excellent. I had requested additional details about a kitchen sink and tap, and he was incredibly helpful—he even arranged for their website to be updated with internal measurements for the sink bowl to make sure I have the right cut-out from the worktop. The service has been brilliant throughout. The products are beautiful, they arrived on time, and I’m very satisfied overall.

they are not in the uk, its a French company. Online it will say next day, but don’t be fooled like i did.
They are a nightmare to get hold of, they do not email you back.

Items ordered were quickly shipped and…

Items ordered were quickly shipped and were exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, one of the ordered items had been damaged at some point during the delivery process. B2K (Albert) immediately sent a replacement item out that was delivered within 2 days of contacting them. I am astounded at their customer support in making things right and would not question using them in future.

B2K. Professional, honest and efficient.

B2K are a very professional, honest company and that meant a lot to me. I had a problem with the item I ordered, upon contacting them to report it, Albert took care of the situation and went 'above and beyond' to resolve the issue in good time. Thank you Albert.

Above and beyond….

Our initial provider for kitchen sanitary wear let us down with delayed order times and then missing stock. We were in a bit of a pickle.

I found Bathroom2Kitchen online and wanted to be certain the stock count was real and available.

What then happened was a masterful performance of customer service! I was initially in contact with Albert via the webchat. As it turned out they had some stock items we needed, it in France. However we were desperate.

To cut a long story short… Albert stayed incontact over the next week or so. Culminating in him taking complete control and ownership over the supply chain and eventually him
Handing us the product, in person!

Absolutely first-class. It was not a large order, we were not a pre-existing client. He just cared and took responsibility. W rarity in this day and age. Well done Albert and thank you.

Vitra Toilets are no good! but in the end sorted

OK then to give your company a bad report this is the second toilet seat in 5 years at £80 each time not cheap. So the make must be very bad don't you think ? The first seat the hinged seat failed the oil or what is supposed to slow the toilet lid from slamming stopped working and slammed! Vitra Toilets are no good! I had to email Vitra and after explaining they did post me two new seats so Im happy now. Shame the company i got them from didn't help. So it was 1 star now ive changed to 3 stars. Dont buy the extra thin seat they crack.

Product issue (resolved)

Wow can’t fault Bathroom
2Kitchen 1st class from products to customer service the customer comes first. I had an unexpected issue with a product and Albert sorted this out no fuss no quibbles just sorted it.
5 star review all the way and I highly recommend this company.
Life can be stressful enough without things going wrong so it’s nice when someone (Albert) can make things good again.

Good service

Good service
I placed two orders with this company and they arrived on time in 3-4 days. Albert, who works at the company, had said that there were some technical PROBLEMS on the company's website, and I understood this. Also, phone lines are paid, I didn't like this because we live in the internet age now, a free line can be created from WhatsApp. Of course, if this is corrected, it would be much more professional. One of my two orders came with a mistake, I guess the manufacturer put it in the box incorrectly, and I wrote an e-mail to Albert about this, I received a response to my e-mail the same day, which is perfect. They sent me my correct order right away. I would like to thank Albert, who works at this company, for his fast and understanding efforts. I believe that Albert can easily solve my needs from now on. I wish you good luck, Mehmet.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible service

Terrible service. Emails responded to without understanding the query. Ordered sink which took 3 days to deliver. Bathroom2Kitchens stated their Yodel service is Yodel 24 yet it took 3 working days to arrive from confirming sent. Was informed arriving Wednesday, waited and tracked the parcel all day and nothing, then after various emails arrived the following day.
I expect they will claim a refund if the £10 delivery charge from Yodel and pocket it rather than refunding it back!
Don’t use and go anywhere else. Be warned ManoMano advertise their products also.

I contacted this company by email a week ago to start discussions about a warranty claim. So far, not even a confirmation email. Like a few other bad companies, not interested in resourcing customer service.

Purchased a number of items from this company which were despatched promptly with great tracking information provided. There was an issue with one item (a scratch on a tap) which was resolved quickly by Albert and a replacement sent. As always, the true value of a company is in how they handle things when things don't go quite right and they did this brilliantly. Can only recommend and will order there again.
