Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Gentlemen called to confirm details and give me an update on on the estimated delivery time which was accurate. The stuff arrived and appears to be great quality anyway all sonas brand I purchased. I have used a few place for bathroom supplies and by far the best I even used them again.

Bathroom Outlet - Going the Extra Mile
We just got the keys to our new home, and with so much to do between electrics, gas heating, kitchen revamp, etc. Bathroom Outlet really went the extra mile for us on our bathroom project. Absolutely the best prices anywhere and a consultation process that went on for several days, Ciaran reached out to us time and time again to make suggestions and to make sure that we were making sound decisions...can't say enough, all the advice (both email and telephone) and the superb customer service experience is something that is just so hard to find nowadays. Will definitely be recommending this crowd....

What can I say! I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from this company again.
I bought a shower sliding door and when we opened the box , there was a railing that was damaged! I immediately thought “ oh know this is not good!!!” However as soon as I reached out to them, Monika emailed me telling me she would look after it and that she will be organising a replacement asap! I was impressed and relieved. Then the replacement part was delivered within a few days! Issue sorted !!!!! 🤙🥲😂 good example of really good customer service!!

Great prices
Great prices, we wanted to collect our purchases rather than pay like €30 or so for delivery but the collection point was only available Mon-Fri until 4pm which meant taking time off work, which wasn't suitable. Other than that, products were great and they were ready fairly quickly.

We are really satisfied with our vanity unit with basin and mixer! The product was better than the pictures, the delivery took less than 48 hours and the communication from the delivery guy was smooth and kind!

I dont usually write reveiws but felt like I should this time. We bought all our bathroom stuff and tiles and ended up having to replace a shower door (not even their fault at all) and they still jumped in to help us out which they really didnt have to do. The help we got was absolutly amazing, so quick to respond and really professional but still friendly and easy to talk to. Honestly felt like they genuinly cared and just wanted to fix the problem.

We purchased a show unit including tray from Bathroom Outlet, there was a delay with getting the product but they let us know in good time and we were able to resolve the issue with no problems or cost to us, we also had to replace a shower door nothing to do with Bathroom outlet but they help we received from Mick was fantastic , so fast and professional he saved us.
