Fantastic customer service!
We have had the most fantastic experience with this company. Having bought items from various online shops this company have been the best by a long way. Their customer service is brilliant, we have emailed questions about products and received quick and detailed answers, they were flexible about delivery and when we needed to exchange a product they organised for a delivery and collection the next day. Thank you to Becky and Afia who we dealt with, they were both brilliant.

ordering was straight forward great service
ordering was straight forward, spoke to member of staff before to confirm stock availability, delivered within the time frame given, item packaged well.. item delivered by DPD .. only problem was they left it in the porch of a house round the corner but sent me a photo of the delivery so I was able to walk the neighbourhood and find it..
