Absolutely shocking customer service. 10 weeks on and we are still waiting for our bathroom to be finished. Always a different person taking your complaint, going through the whole story every time (obviously they don't log anything!!) and always promising to ring back but don't. They change items without telling you and whats the point of a surveyor if they don't do the job properly!! We have been told by the plumber that the taps we have had fitted in the bath are wrong for our system so have no hot water pressure for the bath, surely this should have been mentioned in the surveyors report!!

All materials arrive on time. Pav was polite, friendly, fully understood the work to be done. Worked solidly through the day and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. Arrived on time every day. If I need other similar work, I would want Pav to do it.

Few things I regret in life, going to Premier is one of them. I am still trying to figure out if the issues I had were personal or if the company are just plain uncaring .
I had two bathrooms fitted. One shower is too tiny to have a decent shower in and when I do it is either scalding hot or cold. With incorrect orders and several substitutions.and arguements Trips to my home from work in London, what I have been left with is quite embarrassing.and it took.months over the time.expected
I am tired of complaining . The ladies within customer services tried their best and the installer was a real star. He could see.how.disappointed I was and.tried to make things right in his own capacity.
This company is
a disgrace to the profession.

Do not use this company! The workmanship is very poor requiring our bathroom to be taken out and replaced 4 times causing damage to our house in many places in many ways and we had to buy replacement tiles from our own pocket, neither of which have ever been reimbursed. It is very costly for the service received and took 4 months to get a working shower due to errors from the start! The bathroom is finally finished but it was a very stressful process from start to finish! Go elsewhere.

Throughout, the makeover of our bathroom to a shower room was punctuated with problems. However, these were eventually overcome and after 9 months of phoning and emailing, our shower room is now finally complete to our satisfaction.

Avoid this company and look elsewhere.
We had two bathrooms fitted by this company at a considerable cost, something that should have taken about 2 weeks, after numerous problems this eventually took over 3 months to complete.
Our fitter and sales staff were excellent as was the product, however the Customer Care Team (if you can call them that) were shocking from start to finish.
Communication was terrible throughout the whole process. After numerous phone calls and e mails most of which went unanswered or calls not returned, I was eventually forced to take a 3 hour round trip to their head office in Peterborough to get this resolved and our work completed, this had little or no effect.
The whole company is let down by the incompetance and complete lack of customer care by the Customer Care Team.
I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Do not use this company. Shocking customer service and terrible workmanship. Our family bathroom was supposed to take 10 days and be completed on 12th April and it is now the 12th May and our bathroom is still not completed. No sense of urgency from Customer Service Team. We have a laundry list of corrections that need to be made (19) to be exact and still no date on when somebody will return to put right. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. We saved for a year to have our dream bathroom but the whole experience has been utterly stressful and upsetting. I cannot believe this company is still allowed to operate.

They installed a basic suite in a rental property and didn't expect the look that's been achieved for the price! Exception work and a great experience from start to finish.

very dusty and dirty . plug in bath does not work correctly every time. towel radiator not hot at top as it has air lock in it . shower is very low pressure and cheap looking, as is extractor fan. They got water in the electrics and light pull not working now.

He was cheery, polite, a clean tidy worker and consulted us to make sure it was as we wanted, he surpassed all our expectations, we could not have had better. We were also pleased with the quality of the products we chose for our bathroom and considered that we had a fair deal.

After using Premier to install several bedrooms and being amazed at the service received before, we had no hesitation to use Premier on our recent kitchen extension. We went to their showroom in Peterborough and found the service very efficient. It was quite an overwhelming situation with having to choose what our nearly built extension was going to look like, however staff on hand using a state of the art technology was able to create exactly what it would look like. Very reassuring experience during a typically stressful time. When it came to the install, we had a fitter called Daryl. Daryl' attention to detail and general service was particularly outstanding. Daryl would only install if he was completely happy with the quality and would often stay beyond time to finish up. He was very clean and tidy and efficient. We are completely happy with the installation and are highly satisfied with the whole experience with Premier.

Let's start with the good bits......
1 - The quality of the actual products....can't be faulted.
That's it as far as the good bits go....
Bathrooms by Premier......more like Bathrooms by Non-League.
The Sales/Design team promise you a dream bathroom and deliver a NIGHTMARE.
I signed up to a 7-10 day fit. Started Nov 23rd 2018, finished 05th Mar 2019....not quite 7-10 days is it Premier. They get your money up front and then they don't care...you become an inconvenience to them with all the phone calls, email's, and in my case visits to the showroom, that are required to get any information from them. When they do finally reply, you just get fobbed off with excuses and lies.
They send round rude electricians who swear at you, to the point that my partner had to leave the house, and work like they have never been trained in the job. The seals on the shower were so badly fitted they had to be replaced as they leaked. The radiator brackets were coming off the wall within a week and the tiles were cracked. The holes cut for the spotlights were too big, so the light didn't cover the holes. The toilet was badly chipped during instalation and had to be replaced. One of the panels on the fitted cupboard was scratched and had to be replaced. The sink was supplied with no hole for the tap or plumbing, so couldn't be fitted. The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor, so moved every time you sat on it....this is just a selection of the issues I had.
After several calls/email's, including a call to the Managing Director, I finally managed to get someone from the Contracts Team to come and have a look, 8 weeks after the fit was stared.....16 things, yes 16...needed replacing, re-fitting or re-doing.
And when they finally sent someone, 6 weeks later, to finish this shambles of a bathroom fit, he turned up without a job sheet and had no idea of what needed to be done...good job I had it to hand..
I could keep going on, but if you are reading this, you get my point.
If there was an option of zero stars on Trust Pilot, I would chose it....
It's also a shame you can't add photos to this review, as I would love to share with everyone how Premier left my bathroom for 3 months.
Premier should be reported to Trading Standards. Don't waste your time with them...

PREMIER. Great company & staff.
Right from the outset we have been very happy with the company & it's staff. So much so we first had the kitchen replaced & then went back to get the bedroom overhauled/make-over (2018) a couple of years later. I place a lot on back-up service too &, when the odd problems occured, they got them sorted. Well done all.
In addition to the above I am delighted to state/re-inforce our satisfaction & confidence of the high quality standards of Premier, & their staff, with a third installation with them, in successive years, this time a new bathroom has been installed & it looks amazing/showroom condition.
What more can we say.
From our idea of what we wanted through to the consultant & the surveyor who interpreted it & gave so much attention to detail & then the accomplished fitter who made it work; not to forget the all important staff ensuring it all comes together & of course the management agreeing to the negotiated deal.
Well done & thank you so much.
Probably the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I chose the company because they deal with everything from beginning to end but , beware they take 10% deposit o.k. then 90% BALANCE IN MY CASE 4 MTHS BEFORE i HAD even a plug to look at, I had 3 dates given to us ,each one moved on , being told there wasnt the goods available and later they did not have the man power to carry out the instalation. Eventually a letter from trading standards the job was started. It was october 17th having given my money in july. THe men doing the job I do not have any issues with but it took the pleasure from the whole experience. Never again I have learnt my lesson shop around,, ask questions ,then decide

Had a new bathroom fitted by Premier early Nov 2018. Very pleased with the result and from start to finish got a very professional and courteous service. Only had 1 glitch which was a mix up over the start date which was delayed by 1 week, not a problem. The start day went very well with all bathroom parts delivered on time. We struck gold with the fitter Richard Large who was the consummate professional. He was always on time, very courteous, kept us informed as to what and when things were being done and always asked if we were happy with positioning of fittings etc. His work was of an excellent standard, and he kept the workplace as neat and tidy as is possible. I would not hesitate in recommending Premier to anyone who asks and if Richard is your fitter I would say the Job will be of an exceptional standard.

We were very pleased with the design, fit and final appearance of our bathroom. The sales team and fitters were all helpful and polite and the fitters left the house clean each day. It was refreshing for the workmen to appear when they said they would and to keep to a schedule. We would recommend Premier.

Just had 2 partion walls removed and fully refurbed to create a larger bathroom. From design through to completion everything went without a hitch. The standard of work by the fitter Richard was exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to recommed this company to anyone.
