We’re quite pleased with our bathroom but the experience could have been better. Missing bits, a bit of damage they won’t rectify and delays in doing the snagging.

This company met and excelled our expectations right from the beginning with the initial visit, to the design and ultimately the finish. Sue Leaver the design consultant stayed true to our design and improved on it! Our fitter Steve Donald's work was exemplary, he was tidy, polite, nothing was too much trouble and his standard of work was extremely high. The contact we received from the office was superb we were informed every step of the way and felt very well looked after. There was an issue with the delivery of the bath, this was as the suppliers that had let Premier down, whilst this was on going we received regular phone calls and updates and felt confident that this was going to be resolved at speed and it was. I can't recommend Bathrooms by Premier (Wellingborough) enough. Thank you Premier for an excellent experience from start to finish.

Very pleased with the final outcome which faithfully implemented the design we had created with the sales team. It was a pity that the job took so long, far longer than the 10 days promised. Overall the elapsed time between the start of the work and the final completion was 8 weeks The fitter assigned to the job had a number of days off, either because he was on holiday or was on another job. He didn't turn up on one of the days he was scheduled. There were also delays because of wrong or incomplete job items sent for the work.
Fortunately, although the long delay was frustrating and disruptive the new bathroom has proved to be everything we wished for.

We are really pleased with our new bathroom. The quality is excellent and the plumber has done a beautifully neat job. We thought the price was reasonable.

Good all round experience. Thankyou for a lovely bathroom.
Only disappointment is I would have liked a bigger sink so I could wash my hair.

The design and fitting of our new bathroom went extremely smoothly. We are very happy with the finished article and would recommend Premier Kitchens and Bathrooms.
The fitters were very efficient and each day tidied up before they left. Having seen other reviews we were a bit apprehensive but I can assure new customers there is nothing to be concerned about. We did not have one item we were unhappy about.

Work should have started on 22nd January didn't start till 24th due to van have to have work done on it, it work is scheduled surely van would have been sorted sooner. When bathroom had been fitted the mechanism for toilet was wrong and had to wait over a week before correct one arrived. Had to call fitter back as bathroom not finished completely, there were gaps round window,shower tray and edges. Then found that extractor only worked with light switch which was not what we had agreed on, wanted to be able to use extractor from pull cord on extractor electrician came back and changed it now can only use isolator switch to use it cord is completely useless, electrician said extractor was wrong one. Toilet roll holder was fitted wrong way had to be changed radiator was not fitted correctly and moved away from wall had to get that fixed. Expected more for the money would not recommend Premier

Excellent job. From the outset, the salesman was very accommodating and patient and listened to all of our ideas and provided helpful suggestions. The price was very competitive and the products appear to be of high quality. After that the surveyor came and confirmed our design and answered any further questions and we incorporated some minor changes. Then it was the turn of the customer services department who kept us informed at all stages of what would happen next and what to expect. The bathroom was delivered on the morning that the fitter arrived and then the work commenced. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and was very careful as he came in and out of the house. He checked with us at all stages that things were going in the right places and he finished all of the work to a very high standard. After completion we did have a small leak from a waste pipe which was remedied very quickly and tidily by the same fitter.

We had our new bathroom fitted about 10 months ago and we still feel it is such a pleasure to use it. My wife is disabled so we tried to make it easier and safer for her and it really works perfectly. From help with our design from their design team to planning and then fitting this company could not have been more helpful. When it came to the installation the team were very proffesional and helpful redesigning items as necessary to fit to our needs. The standard of workmanship was excellent. I really can't thank them enough and would highly recommend Bathroomsbypremier to everyone.

The design plan worked out through our first visit to the showroom, then the salesman's visit to assess the bathroom, and finally his suggestions and changes made in consultation all went very smoothly and he was extremely helpful and astute in helping us find the design and products that suited us.
Right through to installation we felt very comfortable, with the opportunity to change things as ideas for variation occurred until the last moment. The surveyor was also efficient and helpful.
The installation went smoothly, although taking a day or so longer than anticipated but the team working were amazingly efficient, tidy, clean and careful while working in our home.
As we would have no toilet or bathroom facilities during the work we had to stay elsewhere for the first 5 working days and unfortunately my husband was not well which made it quite a stressful time. In the next week we expected it to be finished in 2/3 days whereas it was four days before it was finished, and 'lodging' in our house during the project was not very comfortable, but all was finished to such a good standard and looked so good at completion that we accepted this delay with hopefully good grace!
The one week delayed start after the promised date of early October was a disappointment, and then when we received notification that due to delivery problems there would be another 2 weeks delay was a huge blow. Knowing my husband's state of health and that the weather can deteriorate noticeably from late October was a serious knock-back. This was the only complaint we would have.
Otherwise the efficiency, courtesy and warmth we received in dealing with the people involved was a pleasant experience. Well done Premier!

I am extremely pleased with all the staff, from showroom to design and installation of my new bathroom by Bathrooms by Premier. They were all very friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the works.
I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.
