Now that’s not totally true, is it? It is true that you emailed us, but the bit about not getting a replay isn’t. We explained that we have no control over import duties and local charges. I have no issue with people providing feedback on customer service or the quality of our product, but this isn’t that. If anyone is having their opinions swayed by this one then happy to supply the email thread (obviously with this client’s personal details refacted).
