Been going to the shop since it opened on and off, recently started playing events there too.
Great staff, always friendly and helpful!
Events are ran weekly and from my experiences have always ran smoothly.
Very knowledgeable about the games and their products and the community within the shops (Bath & Midsomer Norton) is filled with amazing people of all levels of experience playing.
I could never rate this store, the owners and their staff high enough!

Since this shop opened and my kid learnt to play the card version of Pokémon he spends less time staring at his consoles and more time building decks, strategizing and playing with other real life people.
The shop provides a wonderful community of young and older people sharing their experiences of different games. It's a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommend!

I was let down last minute with a some birthday gifts. I found the same items on Bath TCGs website but wasn't sure how quick they might be dispatched, so I sent a quick message to their business WhatsApp. I got a reply within about 30mins, with the reassurance if I ordered them (soon) it would be dispatched the next day. They also said they'd take the items off the shelf while I processed my online order. The customer service I had was impeccable, the parcel arrived the following working day giving me a few days to get it all wrapped and ready! I can see myself being a repeat customer after such a positive experience! Thank you!
