I booked a cleaner and was spammed with enthusiastic emails about the wonderful experience I would have. Unfortunately, on the designated day and time, there was no show. While customer service was friendly and responsive, it was ultimately all talk and no show and left me disappointed and in a bind.

I have booked 5 cleaning sessions with Batmaid, only 1 has actually gone ahead. Either the cleaners don't show up or Batmaid has cancelled. Most recently on Christmas Eve, the cleaner just didn't turn up with no communication and after accepting the job - my Christmas ruined. On the phone Batmaid offered me 4.5hrs cleaning as an apology and then went back on it by email. They're unreliable, which is worse than cancellation

I had the pleasure of having César Martín Guadalupe clean my apartment last night and I couldn’t be more impressed. He did an excellent job, everything was spotless, and he even went above and beyond what I expected. I was really pleased with the results.

César was also kind and professional throughout, with a genuinely nice personality that made the experience even better. I would happily recommend him to others.

Many thanks as well to the Batmaid team for their flexibility and human touch when handling my booking. It’s much appreciated.

Easy to book. Expensive though with variable quality outcome depending on the agent

Great experience overall. From booking the appointment to the cleaning everything is flawless and with minimum effort. The way to book the appointment from the website is clear and requires not a lot of thought. All options are easily understood. The cleaning persons are great and professional. All works great with minimum intervention from my side.

Very bad experience! The cleaner did not show up at all and the customer center was not able to help and they didn’t even manage to reschedule my appointment. They made me wait the all afternoon telling me that the cleaner was in the traffics.

By far the most unprofessional company I've come across in Switzerland. The first maid repeatedly ignored my requests to clean the floors, instead choosing to clean things I didn't care about. I requested a new maid, and she canceled repeatedly with less than 12 hours notice. Each time she canceled, Batmaid said they couldn't send a replacement. After 3 months averaging a 40% cancellation rate, always with no notice, Batmaid said they'd have a manager follow up with me. They never did.
Worst of all, I can't even stop the service using their website. I have to call in again during business hours. My house was quite literally cleaner before I started using Batmaid, and I was definitely happier.

Tried the service for the first time myself. I booked a slot 2 days in advance. The cleaning person never showed up. Only after 30min of waiting and an additional 2 phone calls I was offered to cancel the booking without cost as the cleaning person was not reachable. After a bit of complaining they offered a free hour with my next booking. However that doesn't help me as I need the flat cleaned for guests will not be at home today.

Used Batmaid 4 times in the last 3 months, as occasional cleaning for private flat. Had 4 different Batmaids, which is fine and to be excepted since I didn’t commit to an Abo. Two Batmaids did excellent work, two Batmaid did an appalling work. In particular the last one used an entire bottle of floor detergent and my wooden floors are still sticky after having washed them 3/4 times afterwards myself. Customer service offered 45 min free cleaning as compensation, which is not even beginning to address the damage made.

I’m really satisfied at the moment with my regular maid Mrs Talbi (lovely person, very reliable and careful about Covid situation) and with Batmaid Team for customer support. I'm recommending Batmaid services to my friends and colleagues.

I like the fact that service can be booked by website and in easy way, so the concept is good. However, the customer support behind the concept is not at the level. Over 5 weeks I got 3 cancellations because of Agent’ sickness. A new service was not proposed the same day, nor even the same week. I have now requested to cancel the recurrent appointment because situation is not acceptable.

Very disappointed with customer support.

Update from Nov 15 - The company called me to propose a solution the same week. Agent was good. I
am now willing to try again :)

After months of last minute cancellations (and recancellations of the proposed replacements) finally decided I’ve had enough and decided to cancel all appointments and terminate the contract. I’ve used batmaid for several years now as a regular customer and noticed a significant drop in customer service after the split into two services over the past several months. Batmaid customer support informed us they have a shortage of batmaids in Basel due to which they are unable to find alternative solutions, and batmaids are frequently cancelling due to illness. Would not recommend batmaid as a service.
