I was very disappoint

I was very disappoint. I ordered the batteries at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and on the website, they are saying that they deliver in the same day if you order before 5 o'clock, but my batteries weren't delivered not on the same day and on the next day either.. but after 2 days from when I made the order..deeply disappointed.. I needed them on next day :(

We understand your dissapointment. When you order before 17.00 on weekdays we ship the same day. Therefor you will have the batteries the next day, unfortunately we rely on third parties to deliver goods. In this case we shipped the same day you ordered and PostNL took a little longer. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused to you.

Great customer service

I had a problem with the delivery, but the customer service was excellent and the problem was solved very quickly. Will definitely order again.
