The prices are low for good reason

The prices are low for good reason. The batteries they sell are bad. Save yourlf the time and extra money that you will lose on these "inexpensive" batteries. Criminals making a penny off of you rather than just getting a real job.

Scam

I attempted to purchase batteries. The site told me that the checkout out unavailable (after I entered my debit card information). So I checked my balance on my card and the money was deducted from my card but I was never given confirmation on the purchase. I messaged then but have not yet received a response.

Wrong move

Bought their 20 pack deal of laser pointer batteries, did get them pretty fast, but the first three batteries lasted ten minutes and then died. The only good thing is I only paid 2.99 for them. Should have known they wouldn't be any good when they offer 20 batteries for 2.99. Guess I'll just go to the store and pay regular price for them.

False Advertising

"NEW IN ORIGINAL BOX" does not mean receiving the batteries in "baggies" & how do I know if they are "BRAND NEW". The website shows a picture of the batteries in their original box & states BRAND NEW & NEW IN ORIGINAL BOX. They were taken from bulk batteries and stuck in a bag then mailed in a flat manilla envelope. When ordering, I expect to receive what is stated in the ad. They need to change their ad.
I did receive the batteries in 5 days from ordering & they are the batteries that I ordered & shipping was free.

Thanks,

Avoid like the plague!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I unfortunately did, and after almost 3 weeks finally received a package with completely the wrong battery, cue days of back and forth e-mails with some very unhelpful person that made me send photos of the the product, inner packaging outer packing searching for a sticker that didn't exist. Then I asked for a refund and was told to wait and I'd be given a return address to return the product via recorded delivery to some random address (probably the person that had ordered the other batter) 1 week later I finally get given the address and told that I needed to keep a receipt and they would pay the £8.45 postage, 2 weeks later no word, no confirmation of the battery getting there (apart from me tracking it!), no refund and no battery I ordered! Eventually raised a paypal claim which finally got them emailing again with promises of my battery to try and get me to close the claim (don't do that you cannot re-open!). My battery never arrived and I had to get my £30 back through paypal however they now refuse to pay the £8.45 they promised to cover to send the item back! So I am out of pocket, have wasted 2 months fighting them for a refund and never got my battery! Total scandal!

Rubbish company, rubbish product

I bought a replacement laptop battery from this company. It keeps its charge for about half an hour. Pathetic. It even discharges by 20% overnight when switched off!
They offered a replacement but wanted £15 to the cost of postage! I am getting in touch with "Which" consumer magazine about this as I shouldnt have to pay to return for faulty item which is clearly not fit for purpose. There are many complaints about them on the internet.
