A quality battery was supplied. Good price and speedy delivery. Easy to find the correct battery for my 50-year-old Triumph TR6 on the website.

Arrived as expected. Straight forward to fit and doing the job.

Price was best and delivery was next day. Easy to use website as well. Battery was for an excavator so whilst not uncommon, not necessarily always stocked by some suppliers. Will definitely use again.

Battery lasted on 7 months. Though it has a 4 year warranty battery had to be sent back before they would re-issue another. As I couldn't do without the car for day or weeks, I had to but another. A waste of £120. Poor product, poor service.

Very frustrated and annoyed by the service. I bought a battery and need to exchange I have filled the online form- no response, emailed, called, left numerous voicemails AND STILL WAITING. The worst service ever. I don't understand how others got hold of them but they never answer

Got a nice new HD Excide New Evolution battery for my diesel Peugeot 308 a few months ago.

Now I've had some time to live with it for a while:
- Easy to use website & option selector.
- Very fair price.
- Prompt delivery, included in price.
- No issues whatsoever.
- Would recommend.

Exide battery I ordered in 2019 arrived in good time and was cheap. In early 2022 it failed, but had a 4year warranty. Exide said to contact place of purchase, but unable to contact Battery2u (same theme as many other reviews). Have not replied to the contact form on the website, phone goes to a personal voicemail. Will have to take the hit and buy a replacement locally.
Update: They did reply to my email after 10 days with warranty details which was useful and informative, but I'd already purchased a replacement.

Excellent service, price and communication! Ordered a replacement battery at 10:30 and was delivered the next day by 11:00 to a Scottish AB43 postcode.
