my notebook is note acknowledging the…

my notebook is not acknowledging the battery, it won't report and shows -1 mwh, the same as the dead battery I replaced. Don't understand, HP says no battery detected. No instructions with battery, if there are special install instructions like discharging. No literature and wasted 2 plus weeks waiting. Never again.

Razer battery replacement

Bought my Razer battery replacement for a good price. It’s was a good fit and with good packaging. Would buy again but hopefully this battery lasts longer

Battery didn't work

Battery didn't work, when contact them they told me to reinstall and record and blah blah, as I have the time to waste, the minimum expectations of a new product, it's that works without any issue, as I can see, it's very common in this company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

Battery arrived in a timely manner

Battery arrived in a timely manner. I had no problem installing and charging the battery. Computer works great and no longer shuts down when its not plugged in.

My new battery died 10 minutes after…

My new battery died 10 minutes after being unplugged despite it being "fully charged". I sent a troubleshooting email and received a fast response with step by step instructions. It turns out the error was mine during the installation process. I had not discharged the laptop properly. I followed the instructions, turn the laptop on and the battery was charging. I still need to finish the charging and discharging process 3-5 times before the battery will reach full capacity.

Not a scam but dishonest business

I ordered a battery for my Lenovo laptop. The battery arrived in a well secured package however I had to initiate a return since I managed to repair my old battery.

I initiated a return. The customer representative named Sharpay was extremely unprofessional and kept delaying the return of the battery by saying things like: "Our warehouse is moving so we can't accept a return until X number of days"

The website says "30 day money back guarantee no questions asked". However they asked multiple questions (please note that I hadn't even opened up my package yet, it was a sealed battery)

After about 1 month of waiting, Sharpay (the customer representative) sent me a return address. I had to ship it back at my own expense. Secondly, the return I received was 40 bucks despite paying $50 for the battery plus $8 for the shipping.

Overall, I think this company is not a scam but they are definitely manipulative and are dishonest about their return policy.

I didn't try their battery and returned it as new therefore I can't comment on the quality of their product.

The company refuses to give me my money…

The company refuses to give me my money back even though I was within the thirty days of my purchase. They wanted videos and photos of what I did when I installed the battery. Their return policy does not state anything about providing videos or photos for your money back only if you want a replacement and I do not want a replacement as their product is defective. Their business practices are unethical and fraudulent, and their company needs to be shut down. Do not buy from this company they are very shady.

Good battery replacement at good price

I bought a replacement battery for my Acer SPIN 5 (SP513-51). So far the battery works great! Feels almost like new!

Batteries are trash, won't charge at all after being used for a couple of days.

battery lasts for maybe a couple days before just resorting to "0% available, plugged in" and never accepting a charge again. If I want to use my laptop, it has to be plugged in so it's effectively a desktop. Took AGES to get them to honor their warranty and send me a new battery, but this one also appears to be an old, used one because the "Properties" show it being used/unistalled/deleted several times from 2020 till 2023 when it was sent to me as a supposedly "new" replacement.

The battery worked fine for a few…

The battery worked fine for a few months. Then it would not hold a charge for more than 2 or 3 hours with light use. By 6 months I could not be unplugged for even an hour without the laptop turning off due to no power. There's a reason why their batteries are less expensive.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They had one of their unsatisfied customer that was shipped the wrong battery to send that battery to me (a new customer) which was the wrong battery for me as well, it was not the one I purchased!
Their website said “30 days no questions asked returns”….that is absolutely NOT TRUE. They ask many, many questions and pic requests. I have requested a refund multiple times, but they are not doing it, this is a scam in my opinion, I ask them to pick up their product and give me my money back, but they refuse to do it……..There is no phone number to call to, no address just emails. Ok you have been warn, proceed at your own risk!

Great price reasonable shipping worked great

Great price reasonable shipping and the replacement battery was a perfect fit and worked great. Also, they were nice and sent me the special screw driver torx I needed to open my laptop. I would buy here again next time I need a battery for sure.

I’m so happy with my purchase great price and fast delivery

I’m so happy with my purchase. My laptop is 10 years old and still runs like new. I was able to replace the battery for $70. One item to note is that the screws were the wrong size, too narrow to support the battery in place.

Confusion and delay over wrong model

So far this has been a negative experience for me. I ordered a battery, they shipped the wrong model. I let them know, they insisted I had ordered the wrong model based on my laptop. I sent them photos of the battery in my laptop, which exactly matches the model I ordered. They are still confused about which model I should have. I'm not.

I was able to replace a worn out…

I was able to replace a worn out battery in my daughter's chromebook. Delivery took quite some time, but I was told this at the point of ordering. I believe much of the delay was Covid related. When the battery arrived, I installed it and it did not work. We examined the battery and noticed that the connection cord had a kink and a cut. I photographed this and sent it to the seller. I did get a prompt email telling me they would replace it. 3 weeks later, a new battery came and it's working great. I was impressed that this smaller company followed through and I would use them again. I think delivery would be faster in non-covid times.
