It was effortless to order and receive my order, although the battery terminal connections are incorrect it was most likely an error on my part. My original battery has posts that are a nut and bolt application and the one I received is a spade connection. I was told some adapters would be mailed to me right away but I have not received those yet

Was considering ordering some of their products. I attempted to visit the Toronto office to ask a few questions about the products and ordering, during business hours, as I was downtown and it was just a short walk away. When I asked the security guard at the front desk to direct me to their office, he refused to answer any questions. He then became defensive and refused to answer if they even really had an office. Furthermore, he became very rude and said I was trespassing and had to leave the building immediately. I tried to reason with him and explain that I was a prospective customer but he refused to acknowledge anything I said. He simply repeated that I was trespassing and must leave the building and never return. He also threatened to call the police. This was a very alarming experience in that it was unjustified and made no rational sense; nor would the security guard listen to anything to de-escalate and correct his behaviour. I emailed Battery Clerk and am awaiting an explanation. A phone call was met first with a computer generated answering service and then someone who did not seem to know anything about their products or their quality. She simply referred me back to the website. There are almost no website reviews about long term performance and the few I found said the batteries failed within a year and sometime after only weeks. Needless to say, we have decided not to order anything from them.
Incompatible batteries
Sent an incompatible battery and refused to issue a refund. Instead asked that I acquire a multimeter to start their tech support for them. Avoid.

Don't buy anything from them. Rogues. They take the money but don't send the product. No answer. The client is always right. Twenty dollars is not money. Lost a client. This is how businesses fail. Wish you get out of business in the new year.
Crooks! They charge a restocking fee for canceling an order that they haven't even pulled yet.
I ordered a battery for my laptop. It had been 6 days and it has still not been sent out. I decided to cancel the order that has not yet shipped. I was told I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee on an item that has yet to be pulled from the stock. The definition of a restocking fee is a fee charged to a customer when merchandise is returned for a refund. You cannot charge restocking for something that has not been removed from the stock yet. The customer service told me the maximum time before shipping in 7 business days and I should read the website. I went to the website and looked under shipping. Nowhere under shipping does it say there is a max of 7 days before shipping. Even if it did say that, the idea that they will charge me a restocking fee for something that has not even shipped yet is ridiculous. I told them just to ship it, because at least then I'll get something for my money as opposed to them just stealing money from me for something they have literally not even pulled to send yet. They emailed back and said they already canceled it, and it would be hard to restart the order, so obviously it had not left their 3rd party supplier yet. I also have yet to see any refund partial or otherwise on paypal. I said OK, please send me a receipt for the 15% you’re are charging so I can use it for BBB and reviews. I got radio silence and they went and changed their webpage. It used to say full refund on any cancellation or return under the heading Returns and Cancellations and then further down the screen under terms it talked about a 15% restocking fee. They took out the wording full refund after my email exchange. So crooked. As of right now, I'm still out the full amount and have nothing to show for it. I've now moved onto PayPal to try to fix it. Do not buy from them. I have never seen such crap customer service. I can't even imagine how much they would charge if you ever tried to send something back.

I would NEVER buy from them again
I would NEVER buy from them again! Their prices might be lower than some others, but their shipping and customer service were a nightmare for me! It took me 10 days and 2 shipment requests to actually get my batteries! The first set they sent with FedEx who claim they lost them and the second set they sent via UPS, after my demand to use another carrier, who also told me there was trouble with the package because the label fell off the box - I'm sure that is what happened with the first order of batteries! Someone in the shipping department isn't doing their job right or using faulty labels. Ivy in customer service stopped answering my emails asking where my PAID shipment was and why they weren't doing anything about it!! NEVER again will I go through the hassle of using this company!
