Quality products from a trusted seller.

Battery was despatched promptly and delivered the following day, ordering the battery was a simple process and the service I received would certainly make the Battery Group my future go to Company as their prices are competitive. I cannot fault the experience I had from start to finish.

Excellent service

Had problems with my battery draining so bought an AGM battery from Battery Group. The new battery arrived quickly and solved my problem. All at a very competitive price too.

Good batteries, poor web sight.

I bought a battery from you a few months ago. I then tried to buy another one. My web sight experience was a disaster. No matter what I did I could buy a battery from you. I tried to log in but it kept on saying 'could not assign ' so, after many try's I decided to enter as a new customer. that did not work either, it kept on refusing me because my email address 'was already in use'. I telephoned you but held on for 15 mins, so I left a message to call me back. After a few days I did not get a call back so my wife suggested I use her email address a s a new customer. Now my wife is the proud owner of a new battery. I will probably go somewhere else for my battery next time.

Battery delivered safely and quickly

Battery delivered safely and quickly. Easy to follow guides enabled me to change the original battery with a slightly larger EFB Battery. for 3 years the stop start never worked. Now it never fails. Fuel consumption improved 10%. No thanks to to Hyundai who always said you dont do enough miles!! I'll never buy another Hyundai...well at least not from my local dealer.
