Avoid this company.

Avoid this company.
I bought a battery for my Audi Q4 which the Audi main dealer was unable to code to the vehicle. I tried to return the battery initially as a return and then as a warranty. Each instance requires a form to be completed. The warranty claim requires a battery charge health check to be carried out by a garage at your own cost or if returned without, The Battery Group will charge you. My claim did not relate to the charging health of the battery but they were unwilling to listen.
I ended up going to my bank for a refund and reporting the claim process to the CMA as unduly prohibitive.

Lack of contact and complete confusion.

Lack of contact. No follow up from Battery Group. Ended up with 2 unsuitable batteries - and cancellations even if made within 5 minutes of order not accepted. When cancelation accepted no instructions for return and no contact to resolve

Needed a new battery

Needed a new battery, googled the battery required the battery group were the top of the ranking at a competitive rate, the only negative was the ‘extended postcode’ cost was a bit of a suprise but arrived quickly and all good.
