Poor delivery

Purchase was easy and quick with next day delivery. It all went wrong when they sent it by Yodel. Eventually got it 3 days later as Yodel are s**t your bad for that.

“Battery delivered three times and every time it has been damaged, company itself has great prices but the utter incompetence of the delivery company Yodel is staggering. Throwing heavy batteries over fences. Please change your delivery company to Royal Mail or another trustworthy delivery partner. Still no refund, customer service seems to be none existence, phone number is never answered. Avoid
