Had some trouble to start

Had some trouble to start. Decided to give the 24/7 help line a try. Connected with a good man named Paul. He walked me through the whole diagnostic process and eventually helped me figure my problems out. Without Paul I would not have gotten the help I needed!

The representative Ben helped me a ton

The representative Ben helped me a ton, was super patient and calm and resourceful, sending all the needed info to get everything running amazing with my purchase! 10/10 recommend, he deserves a raise! I had my doubts about companies like this but thanks to people like him I'd be returning frequently!
