Bought a product. Spent 4 hours, they tried to sort it out via chat, removed all AV softwares from the system, sent proof by screenshotting it, they asked more softwares to remove when I asked for refund after wasting 4 hours. They kept saying if I don't do what they say, I will not receive my refund. I just gave up at the point and did not pursue any further. I uploaded their tool on Virustotal and approximately 10 AV tools reported it as malware, nowhere near falseflag they claim. Definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately, the product did not work for me despite spending a lot of time trying to get it running. I followed the troubleshooting steps and guidance provided by staff, but I was still unable to get the product working as intended.

However, Mel has been very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and genuinely tried to help me find a solution.

Even though my issue is not fully resolved yet, I appreciate the support I have received from Mel and his willingness to continue assisting me if needed.

Mel was Helpful for all my questions and requests

Great service team, they are not rude or condescending, very well people in my honest opinion. They are workers too, if you are having issues, never get rowdy with them, they are only doing their jobs.

I paid for 7 days key and I end up chatting for 4h,I will not recommend. Harv and Jp it was just a lose of time.
