In the end they did send me the correct piece in a timely fashion. so I changed my review from 1 star to 3.

I ordered LOGOCLIC Rodapié RobleCascais/Livorno (220 cm x 15 mm x 80mm, MDF
7 peices.
5 came and then packaged in were two more that were just a completely different color and useless to me. stuck with a job half done contacting them. What a waste of my time.

came to trust pilot to leave a review and realized I should have checked here before hand. Seem like Bauhaus espana has pretty awful costumer service.

I ordered a fire insert from this company only to find that the glass on the door had cracked because of missing insulation around the seal. I have emailed 5 times, and no reply! Order from this company at your own risk!

Too many bad reviews for Seur (1.1 at Trustpilot) Baushaus stupid and at fault for using Seur as courier. I`ve had 12 delay emails and delivery three weeks late

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We ordered a panel it arrived broken. We contacted customer service & was told it would be collected & replaced. 2 weeks later & 5 emails from myself we are IGNORED!!!
Only in Spain is this Service so Bad!!!!

AND STILL NO REFUND from this company. Shameful behaviour and a disgrace...

We have found their customer service to be outstanding and second to none, we now use this company vs Leroy Merlin because of we have any issues we know they will solve it, they even have people who speak other languages who are also professional, helpful and nice. The first of it's kind in Andalucía, even better service than El Corte Inglés (I know they don't sell tools but I am referring to customer service). We will continue to use Bauhaus as they take away all the stress of purchasing items in the whole of our province!

Never buy from Bauhaus online in Spain. We have now waited more than two weeks for a kitchen countertop to complete our kitchen.

The delivery company called 5 days ago telling us they would deliver the day after, but they never came. We have been in contact 3 times with Bauhaus but nothing happens and we don't get any updates on our delivery.

We get a ton of excuses all the time, that they are busy, there's been one public holiday etc. Unfortunately this is one of the companies here in Spain that doesn't care about their customers, which in fact is the key reason why they exist.

We've been using bauhaus in Denmark for years with great service, but here in Spain it's ridiculously unserious.

I had a frustrating experience with BAUHAUS, particularly with their customer service and delivery process. I ordered corrugated sheets (ref. 30723474) in black, but received gray ones instead, and they arrived with a significant delay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told that there was no stock for a replacement. I even proposed receiving black sheets of a different size as compensation, but my request was repeatedly ignored.

To make matters worse, a €45 compensation that was promised due to the delay has still not been processed weeks later. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the problem has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better service from a company like BAUHAUS. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them based on this experience.

I made my order which it was supposed to be deliver in max 4 days. I have not received the order. I have not been advised by the delay til I call my self. They told me yesterday oh the transport company should contact you yesterday and then the transport company can t find it . I send email for 2 day ago asking about the order with no answear and now they told me I have to wait 48 houres to get my money back. After they delayed the order without telling me no compensation. very bad experience be very carful with this company

Terrible delivery and customer service !!!
Having spent 1400 euros in store on garden furniture and being agreed it’s all in stock and will be delivered in 4 days with a phone call from driver 1hr prior to delivery.. Contacted customer service on the 5th day to ask what happened, no delivery or phone call. New date given for 3days time. No delivery again..New date further 4days time. Now into 4th weekend still no delivery or call to explain ?? Sick and tired of customer service not responding. About to cancel my order, but will I get a refund ??

In bauhaus Malaga we bougth a sink from the vendor Poalgi, when i opened the package i noticed the sink was out of shape, but since it was a composit sink, i figured it would flatten when mounted (it had brackets underneath and I was very careful, going step by step on all brackets), the sink did flatten when mounted, but it also made a crack inside. i took it back to Bauhaus, they just said I broke it! and they could not refund, it was the day of my return fligth to Denmark, i had to leave the sink at bauhaus,
I have now been struggling with bauhaus Malaga by phone and by email. they still give no explanation, just refuse to refund. at one point they referred to the installation manual, but when i said it was not mentioned in the manual, they just did not answer. Big problem is i have to buy a new sink at bauhaus, because i cut out in my tabletop, and no other sink is as large as the one we those, but after this i will newer use the shop again. i have used Bauhaus in Denmark for years, and newer had a problem. but bauhaus Spain doesnt know about costumer service.

Bad experience. I bought wardrobe which spouse to be delivered between 3-6 working days. Unfortunately, that never happened. They shouldn't deal with Ontime couriers.

We bought a new kitchen and Marc was very helpful (that's why i give 2 stars) but after delivery we noticed one of the cabinets was 10 cm to high so we sent a photo to Marc on 19 december and he contacted the fabric. They said we get the right one 9 or 10 january. Today is 1 februari but still not have the new.
They fail !!!!!! and wé have to wait more then 6/7 weeks. Every week we go to Bauhaus and they say: next week.
Terrible service!!!!!!!

Update: after 8 weeks we finaly received the cabinet but it's a diferent one then the rest. Muy frustante!!!!

I ordered material a month ago for my garden makeover. My order was not delivered on time, actually it haven arrived till today. As I haven’t received any answer by email, Whatsapp, messengeren, chat and phone except the automatic reply I still don’t know anything about my order.

I complained in writing but was no use. They don’t care. Nobody answers. It’s the Spanish mentality I guess.

Very disappointing for an international company to keep that kind of low niveau service 👎

Ordered garden storage online that was €30 cheaper than Leroy Merlin , with free delivery.
It was delivered in 3 days in perfect condition.
Fantastic service.

Ordered two roof panels and some 3m timbers. Nothing too much I thought. 3-6 days to deliver .Two weeks later nothing and the delivery company say they won't deliver in small streets, the same street we built a house is. So gave them a nearby drop off and still nothing. Arrogant, lazy, inefficient and just a waste of time. My advice is avoid their 'offers' as they can't back them up.

With a severe drought we decided we needed water butts to store air conditioner condensate and then with rain forecast, rain water. We can't get big water butts in our car so tried all the usual places to get them delivered and they were not suitable, or very expensive. Then we found Bauhaus had just what we wanted and would deliver within a few days for a very reasonable price. All went well, the butts and stands are good quality and we got them installed before the recent heavy rain and we now have water for our plants. Excellent products and service.

AVOID - I bought stuff online from Bauhaus Spain - email after email phone call after phone call to get delivery . I even went to the Malaga shop . In the end I have asked for a refund AVOID - DO NOT RISK IT

Ordered a ladder on the 28th June and it was delivered on the 29th June!

This Bauhuas ZOna FRANC Store is terrible. On June 21, 2023, I went this store to buy something. As you know, this store actually has two parts, one of which is a three floor building and adjacent to it is a palce for selling construction materials such as plastic boards. First I went to the three-floored building, I found what I need. But I did not take them, because I wanted to go to the constrcution material site. But I was stopped by a security man(looks like from south America, I am not sure), and he ordered me to open my shoulder bag(a small sized should bag, people nornally put credit card, car keys in this kind of bags,not a shopping bag)shopping bag. While I say no, they did not let me out. I asked the staff to call police. They did not, but just not let me go. Finally, I called 112 myself, then they let me go. It is the second time I was stopped by this same securtiy man. Last time, one year ago, he suddely stopped me and searched my bag without my permission, actually, according to barcelona consumer law, he could not do that without my permission. Bauhuas did not give me any response after I made a conplainment. Unfortunately, I have been a target for this secutiry man. Today, he, obviously took revenge on my previous conplianment, and again wanted to search my bag. I uploaded the documents which can show something. This store is terrible, does not respect consumers.
Esta tienda Bauhuas es terrible. El 21 de junio de 2023 fui a esta tienda a comprar algo. Como saben, esta tienda en realidad tiene dos partes, una de las cuales es un edificio de tres pisos y al lado hay un lugar para vender materiales de construcción como tablas de plástico. Primero fui al edificio de tres pisos, encontré lo que necesito. Pero no los tomé, porque quería ir al sitio de material de construcción. Pero me detuvo un hombre de seguridad (parece de América del Sur, no estoy seguro), y me ordenó que abriera mi bolso de hombro (un bolso de tamaño pequeño, la gente normalmente pone tarjetas de crédito, llaves de auto en este tipo de bolsos ,no una bolsa de compras) bolsa de compras. Mientras digo que no, no me dejaron salir. Le pedí al personal que llamara a la policía. No lo hicieron, pero simplemente no me dejaron ir. Finalmente, llamé al 112 yo mismo, luego me dejaron ir. Es la segunda vez que me detiene este mismo hombre de seguridad. La última vez, hace un año, de repente me paró y registró mi bolso sin mi permiso, de hecho, según la ley de consumidores de Barcelona, no podía hacer eso sin mi permiso. Bauhuas no me dio ninguna respuesta después de que hice una denuncia. Desafortunadamente, he sido un objetivo para este hombre de seguridad. Hoy, obviamente, se vengó de mi cumplimiento anterior, y de nuevo quería registrar mi bolso. Subí los documentos que pueden mostrar algo. Esta tienda es terrible, no respeta a los consumidores.
