Not competent customer service
Not competent customer service. Product I bought clearly was a floor model / display modell / "utstillingsmodell" wrapped back into the box. I documented everything with photos and got into this long dialog with email. I came into the store. But when I arrived with the full set as purchased I am rejected with that the people working there cannot take a simple decision there and then, unless a more leader customer service worker is on job. Which he/she was not at first visit. I have now visited 3 times and the correct person has not been at work, when I visited. Even with a written decision by email the staff does not have the authority inhouse the Stavanger store to make a small decision on there own. I understand that they value doing a customer service decision without them sitting left with the short end of the stick, by making wrongful replacement the customer wasn't rightful to. Absolutely not acceptable, to not have a person at the site at any time, having the power, or a person they could phone for clarification. I don't think the owner/management are aware of the issue with this poorly ran Bauhaus department, and how bad impression this gives. I have bought for several tens of thousands there, and it's in my shopping log. And I have been honest through out the process every step. It took some months to be REJECTED in the end. Rejected by Bessime. This was because I was traveling myself so it took a while to make all tree physical store visits. In my travel process I couldn't answer if they or me had the product, and I was uncertain. I corrected that I had the product when I was back home, being open and honest. It makes things more difficult every time you communicate, when there is an extremely long email chain of dialogue as well.
I have seldomly experienced a customer service this bad to deal with. Product line is good, staff guiding you in store is good, but the customer service is useless
