I am very happy with the very competitive price and the ease of ordering. I have only just ordered my items, so can not comment on delivery.

I have always found BAX MUSIC reliable with the quality of items and their competitive pricing. I would recommend them as they readily reply to all of my queries and also how easy it is to order items. They are on hand to give an answer if needed. I always look to BAX music first when considering my musical needs.

They have good prices, very competitive. Website is easy to use. However, on two big orders I had problems. The delivery of first one was late by many days, and for the second order months later, my order did not all arrive at the same time, causing me problems. I was offered small compensation

Have bought from Bax before and always great prices, easy ordering process and on time delivery. Not had to return anything so can't comment on that. Good B Stock items if you keep your eyes peeled ;) .

Have a question about my order and have emailed them multiple times but they never responded. Their helpdesk function also does not work. Good luck ordering from them!

Great company to deal with, used several times for different items

I was looking for an E Bow at a reasonable price.
EBay was too expensive and the products weren’t brand new.
I found your website, ordered it and it’s going to arrive in 2 days!

Competitive on price often - never had any issues to date with orders

I have had the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever encountered with Bax Music - IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BE TEMPTED!
To begin with, their website is not fit for purpose. It does not allow customers to use multiple gift cards in combination with discount codes, which forced me to place the order manually through customer service. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a drawn-out process taking over two weeks, involving repeated back-and-forth emails, delays, and extremely poor communication. This inefficient process ultimately led to serious errors on their side.
After all that, the order was eventually dispatched to the WRONG address, despite my correct address being clearly on my account. This was entirely due to Bax’s mishandling during the manual ordering process.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I had to wait for an “investigation” with the delivery company that could take up to three weeks before anything would be resolved — completely unacceptable given that the mistake was theirs.
Even worse, they refused to immediately send a replacement item, instead expecting me to wait while they attempt to recover a parcel I have no access to. This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.
Communication throughout has been extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase updates, received generic responses, and at times no reply at all. Despite promises of escalation, there has been no meaningful resolution.
At the time of writing, I still have not received the item I paid for and I've had to open a dispute with Paypal to get some of my money back (also used £205 in gift cards which I had gotten for my birthday).
This entire situation has been caused by Bax Music’s own internal failures, yet they expect the customer to bear the consequences.
Extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Headphones broke after 3 months and i feel with the cost involved should have been refunded or at the very least replaced.
I reluctantly accepted a repair and it took 2 months to repair.
Very slow and poor service leaving me with no drum headphones for 2 months.
I’ll stick to Amazon in the future.

I've only just started to buy musical equipment from this company, I have to say my experience so far has been excellent. I've used lots of other large companies to purchase my musical equipment in the past however Bax Music seem to have a bit more of a personal touch I certainly would recommend them to anybody and I'm looking forward to purchasing more equipment from them.

Always get great service from Bax Shop. Delivery is fast and prices are competitive. My go-to special effects store!

Poor communication and delayed delivery!

My items finally arrived, after being on a 24hr next day service, took 5 days, arrived with damaged packaging and missing screws, washers and bolts, emailed 3 times to no replies, unhappy and unlikely to ever use again.
