Highly recommend the fantastic and professional customer service from Bay Bridal. My first pick arrived and I hadn't quite got the sizing right and on trying it on i decided the colour wasnt i wanted...(make sure you do take an accurate measure of your bust with a bra on for the right size)....no problem in returning and swapping for another colour and style...all very prompt with plenty of communication. Very happy with the dress and service. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Bay Bridal enough! I used them for an event and used their 'Try to Buy' feature. The turn around time was very swift, and every time I contacted the team via email they always responded quickly and went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. The dresses were all immaculate. And they have a really great range for more curvy ladies. I was so impressed and grateful. I would definitely use them again.

I'm never sure about buying on line, still like to try things on. But I just had not been able to find anything suitable in shops in Tauranga, so went on line. Really pleased to find a NZ domiciled business and being able to use the "try before you buy" service was great. I had three dresses quickly delivered, tried them all on at home and returned two. No issues with returning them (only a NZ post courier of course so no delays with it being received back at the other end) and the money popped back into my account for the returned dresses. Thrilled with the one I have purchased, a great price and good fit. Wendy

Fantastic communication every step of the way. I took advantage of their Try to Buy offer and purchased three dresses that were in stock in NZ. They were shipped as soon as my payment was received and arrived promptly despite the busy holiday season. The return process for the dresses I decided against was super easy, Sharleen answered my email query straight away and processed the refund as soon as the dresses arrived back with her. I had an urgent need of a ball gown - not easy to find with two days notice. Not only was I able to sort one out on a Sunday via email, it was also posted by overnight courier to enable me to have it for my last minute function. Sundays and Mondays, Bay Bridal is normally closed so this was superb service. My new dress was delivered early Tuesday morning in Napier

All the things aka dresses they sell on this website, it’s sold at half price on Shein, save yourself a lot or cash by just ordering them from Shein. Also, in case you wanna return anything they have a strict return policy

Can not say enough good things about the service and dress quality, so easy to deal with, fast and friendly...was a bit worried the dress wouldn't be great quality due to price but I was so wrong! Definitely would recommend for any future brides out there, you won't be disappointed 🙂

Amazing service, communication and speedy next day delivery!
I used the buy to try service, which meant I could choose 3 dresses and send back the ones I didn’t want to keep for a refund. This was a great option for me as I had an event that week and wanted to try a few options having left it to the last minute to sort out. The refund process was so easy, money in my bank account the day the parcel was received. Thanks for making the process so seamless and stress free. So many compliments on my dress too!
