My experience here was horrible. the clothes n the website look great, however thats not how they appear in real life. I ordered 2 jumpers and 1 t-shirt, I onky got one of my jumpers. The jumper was so thin and didnt even look as what the picture showed on the website. And I didnt mention the fact that it took 2 WHOLE MONTHS for me to recieve only one of my jumpers. I WOULD SUGGEST FOR NO ONE TO EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN IT IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE WEBSITE ON GOOGLE. I HATE IT. PLS DONTY SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN TO ANYONE WHO WAS WANTING TO.

They dont deserve one star. I ordered product on May 31st. I spent 131.92. They gave me a refund of 45.98 and they said my order has shipped several weeks ago. Still no tshirts and I cant get a response via email on when I will receive the rest of my refund. I really wish I would of looked up the reviews before I ordered anything.

It’s a scam do not trust this site. After seeing news of another scam site i checked this one to make sure it’s real since there were no reviews yet there were “bestselling” items. Unfortunately i already bought $250 worth of items. The site says they take 15% worth of cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hrs yet they took 50%. Their customer service is terrible and never will respond. My card was also charged to a company called sayhey in hong kong so it’s for sure a scsm. Please do not buy from here.

hate writing reviews but hate bay ease more, spent $150 (aud) unknowing of how horrible it was ( my fault) one of the sweatshirt things I bought was a "Harley Davidson" one and I kid you not every word was misspelt. deadass am laughing so hard... straight to the bin!!!

Worst site ever!!!!! do not ,,,,do not....do not use this site.Told me my stuff has been shipped and when I looked at the tracking info it said my orders were being prepared after 8 weeks from ordering...maybe there are looking for silkworms to get thread to sew my stuff.

The quality of the clothes are pretty good however took a good 4 months for the first item to arrive and another month for the second item, I'm still waiting on one more. Looks somewhat like the pictures but not really, has a lot of spelling errors which is funny to me but also annoying. Way too overpriced for the quality you actually receive. While this company is not a total scam I don't advise you order from them.

Took 6 months to get my order , just for it to look nothing like the picture . Absolutely terrible , poor quality fabric and the cropped shirts look as though a toddler just tore them up with scissors. Way too expensive to be such horrible clothing

Sombody who purchased from me recently, sent me photos from this website asking if I sold stuff on there, which I replied no. I had never heard of this website before this. They are using MY photos. Photos of MY work, and photos of myself modeling my products.

This is pbviously a SCAM. DO NOT purchase.

What a complete joke this company is. Bought something, it turned up (after weeks of waiting). Nothing like the pic so wanted to send back. 3 emails later and they are REFUSING to give me the return address. Asking why I don't want the items as they're a ''best seller'' then saying ''gift them to someone else if you don't like them''. I have now had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

My daughter ordered clothes from this website. She had saved her babysitting money so she could splurge on some things she really wanted. After weeks of waiting and no emails from the company, only a few of her items arrived. She wanted to return two items that didn't fit and didn't look like the website photo. It took three times back and forth to get an address to return the items. The return address was literally "Jimmy" in Los Angeles. We never received credit. We never received the other items. They sent me a tracking number that goes to a site all in Chinese. The package shows it left China, but got stuck somewhere on May 20 and hasn't moved yet. Ridiculous rip off. I requested a refund through my credit card company.

saw a snapchat add with a sweatshirt and of course fell in love with it. I bought it and the total was around 40$!!! The sweatshirt took OVER A MONTH to come and I was so disappointed when it came. The sweatshirt was super cheap material and thin while the picture showed it was thick and cozy. To top it off, I ordered a small and it goes down to my knees. ridiculous!! Moral of the story, don’t order.

Complete scam. I waited 8 days and they never sent me a order confirmation. I emailed to cancel my order and they offered me a $5 discount to keep the sale. They BEGGED me to keep my order and to wait patiently and quested why I wanted to cancel, saying what I ordered was very popular and always sold out. I asked four times to cancel and refund me, they never did. I disputed through paypal and they then emailed me saying to cancel my dispute otherwise I wouldn’t receive a refund. My paypal refund dispute was successful straight away. Do not trust Bayease. They are a joke of a company. You also are emailed back by poor grammar emails from different people each email and when you reply it automatically reply’s to your email address which is really weird.

absolute scam. after waiting two weeks for my order i thought to check if it’s coming, they said your order is being prepared. i saw loads of comments on here saying really bad and cheap quality so i decided to cancel my order. i bought sweatshirts worth $160 and they’re giving me $114 back - usually this is bc of shipping and customs but it hasn’t even been through any of that yet !!! scam. everyone i try to cancel my order they say ‘unavailable to cancel order’ DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

My experience with bayease honestly wasn’t too bad. I found them from ads on snapchat and I thought their clothes was really cute so I figured I’d give it a try. I took about a week from the day I found this website to the day I purchased, and about a day after I found the website, I found another one called loveropa. It had basically the exact same clothes, just cheaper. I found all the stuff that was in my bayease cart on loveropa except one shirt, so I went ahead and bought that one shirt off of bayease. I got it today which was about two weeks after I ordered it, the loveropa stuff still hasn’t come. Now for the actual shirt, the quality is much better than expected! It came a little bigger than expected, but if you wear it the way the model did in the picture (which is tied up), then it looks great. My only real complaint is that my shirt has just one butterfly patch in the center, and the butterfly patch is not the exact same one that they show in the picture, but that shouldn’t be too much of a problem because it’s still cute and no one who sees you would even know that. Also, it’s like an iron on patch and it’s not on very well. It’s thick and it almost looks like I did it myself at home. Also, the shipping email that they send was for some reason in my spam. Just a heads up, but other than that I didn’t have a problem (shipping was pricey though).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE GOODS THEN BLOCK YOU WHEN YOU SEND A MESSAGE. MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS LOST $70. IT IS SO SAD THAT HUMANS CAN DO THIS AND BE GETTING AWAY WITH IT FOR SO LONG. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO A WAY I CAN REPORT THIS DODGY COMPANY SO NO ONE ELSE LOSES THERE HARD EARNED MONEY. BAYEASE YOU ARE A DISGRACE.

I had just purchased my items and then went to look at the reviews ( which I shouldn’t done before I bought the stuff) and after reading the reviews I was like holy s**t like it’s a scam, so I went to cancel my order and it asked me for a reason why so I put wrong size or whatever, and then it said refund $0.00 so I continuously tried again and it still said that I get no money back, I thought maybe it was a glitch and looked in my bank account and still no refund. Somebody had left and email to contact them so I tried it and hopefully I get a response!!

Did not get my things I spent 90$ but I got my money back, here is how you can get your money back. If you used PayPal, call the PayPal service or email them and tell them how they ripped you off and ask for you money back, they will give u every penny back. DO NOT!!! Cancel your order from bayease because they will steal the rest of your money because they only give you a certain amount back! So just contact PayPal and get your money back, I will confirm this is a really bad site and do not order from here. 😕

I thought that this would be a scam at first and got super scared. 2 weeks after buying my sweater, I got a confirmation email but it was in my spam folder. Around 2-3 weeks later, I got another email with my tracking number.
I ordered my sweater April 13th and it arrived 29th May. I think that this is alright considering that we are in a pandemic. The sweater itself is a lot thinner than the picture but I still really like it.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered $200 worth of clothing 2-3 months ago. After hearing nothing I reached out, to be told one of the 3 items was actually unavailable and that I had to choose another item. Apparently the manufacturer had “run out of the threads of your selected item” (???). At this point in time I believed them but it was clear they would have never notified me of this had I not reached out myself.

They told me to provide the model number as shown on the site. I did this and was then told I sent the wrong model number and needed to look elsewhere to find this (even though I sent a URL link AND a screenshot of the exact replacement item I had chosen). Difficult isn’t even the word. After much confusion I then selected ANOTHER replacement, this seemed to be settled on, yet still no word on when this order will be dispatched.

It’s also worth mentioning that, strangely, each time I got a reply - after a significant delay - when I would press “reply” the email would be addressed to myself, not back to the Bayease customer service email address. So each time, I have had to forward the thread to the appropriate email address. Each time they reply, the history of the email correspondence is deleted and therefore lost and hard to trace on my end.

It’s disgusting that people are being robbed of their money, especially at a time of such economic uncertainty. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
