Jacques developed a great proposal for our kitchen, utility & shower room plan to future proof our house for downstairs living if required.

His proposal was significantly better than what we had in mind and he has worked very well with us to ensure we got the best possible solution.

Bayfield created several designs which we really appreciated as we weren’t sure what we wanted.

From the outset Jacques from Bayfield Architecture was very professional in his approach to our extension design. Jacques listened to all of our ideas and suggested potential improvements to the design to help fit/match our needs. This included a number of revisions, changes to the internal aspects of the design after plans were approved. Each time there were no issues from Jacques with the designs being changed/modified to suit.

On the initial visit Jacques measured the existing property, making sure that every aspect of our current house was a true reflection in the designs.

Jacques submitted and dealt with all the planning, structural engineer, building control elements of the process. All we had to do was pay the relevant fees when requested.

The construction pack which you recieve at the end of the process includes all the information needed to complete the build. I had a number of builders comment on how detailed the plans were. The whole process did take some time but that included
plan submission, structural engineer and building regs (not to mention covid delays), but the end results were excellent and well worth the money.

I would strongly recommend Bayfield Architecture and have already referred a couple of people for their designs.
