Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. From the start, I felt pressured into making quick decisions — classic high-pressure sales tactics that left me feeling uncomfortable once leaving the showroom and on reflection after paying the deposit.
Despite promises of a full design service and detailed plans, I never received the complete drawings or a proper, transparent quote. Communication was poor, and when I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than support.
To make matters worse, after realizing things weren’t right in the design and service, I requested the return of my deposit — which was refused. The entire process was incredibly stressful and upsetting, both emotionally and financially.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others don’t go through the same ordeal. A bathroom renovation should be an exciting upgrade, not a source of anxiety and regret.
