Above and beyond!

It's been a LONG time since I received personalized service like this. I found a design that I liked online, which took me to baystencil's site. I had questions about trying a stencil on a ceiling, so I took a chance and emailed the company. Dave responded - almost immediately - and was more than helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions, and then offered to do a custom stencil for me! Not to mention his many instructional videos are so helpful!
It's companies like this that give me hope in a world where most people don't care about customer service anymore. HIGHLY recommended, thanks again Dave!! - Tim in St. Louis
