Good service , but there's room for improvement as I didn't receive any email of order confirmation and since my order got delayed, I did not receive an email until I called them next day.

Great range of products and extremely helpful staff

After a delay of more than two weeks and no replies to my emails or complaints, I finally received my order only when I mentioned possibly reporting them to the credit card company for fraud. My experience was disappointing, and I have decided not to purchase from this store again.

Despite a delay and lack of updates, I eventually received the product.

The picture of the pappadums was deceptive as I was expecting the large ones. All other shops stated they were mini pappadums.
Your returns policy is outdated.
The substitute policy needs to be available at order not as a sub paragraph in the returns policy.
Definitely will not use again

I have been using Bazaar foods since last 3-4 months. They are amazing. They make sure that the vegetables/fruits are fresh when delivered. Communication is key to customer service and they are always on top of it. If the veggies are not fresh enough they send a message asking if it’s alright to deliver the next day with fresh veggies. Depending on urgency, they responded even when they were closed. Exactly the service and quality I wish for. Thank you bazaar foods team

Best products and best home delivery service

In my recent order delivered, a few vegetables & fruits were unavailable. The person delivering the groceries asked if it was okay to deliver them, the next day. He delivered them fresh, the next day as promised. I am certain, I would have received a message if the order was delayed. Professional service at your doorstep.
