Ordered a birthday gift on 1.10.2025 and they said i would get it in 8-10days.
Then i waited until 1.8.2026 and sand an email where is the problem with my shipment.
They never said anything...
A day after i got an email that my order is confirmed and that i will get it in ankther 8-10 days!!
THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE!
THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT!

I’ve made many orders on Bazzar.hr over time and the experience has been consistently positive. Their mobile app is excellent - very fast, especially when browsing supermarket categories, and super convenient to use on the go. The website is also generally fast and smooth.
Keyword search could be better, but it still works fine for most products. Customer support can sometimes take a bit longer to respond, but they’re always professional, and all of my complaints or returns have been resolved quickly and fairly, which I really appreciate.
Delivery has usually been on time. A few times the courier was slow after picking up the package, but that’s on the courier, not Bazzar.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely keep shopping with them.
Their contact service is abnormally bad. They do not answer phone calls or emails, we payed for our product and they still didn't send anything. It's been 15 days!
