Amazing service! We booked them to move my eldery Mother-in-Law and then when I explained we also needed the bungalow completely cleared, Stephen explain they do this too. They completed everything in 2 days at a very reasonable rate which couldn't be beaten by other quotes. Stephen went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us and Andy and the team were brilliant. Thank you for making a stressful time much easier! Would totally recommend.

Stephen @ BB Removal Specialists came to my home in Norwich in order to give me a quote on moving my belongings from Norwich to Edinburgh. I am a widow living on my own. During that visit I showed him round my home and repeatedly said to him that my plants would need to be moved too. I showed him all my plants. I asked him directly whether he could accommodate for my plants as I also had had a quote from another company who said they would send two vans one for the plants and one for by furniture etc. He told me over and over again that it would be fine.

On the day of the removal he arrived with one luton van. It was quite clear when they arrived that he would not fit all my belonging in one van. While the removal men were loading the van he repeatedly phoned me asking for me to pay the remaining on the quote - which I did.

Eventually the removal men admitted defeat and told me and my daughter that they would not be able to fit all my belongings in the van. We had to store our remaining belongings in our garage. We were told they would be picked up in a couple of hours but in fact they weren't collected until the following morning. The removal men drove to Edinburgh that evening leaving my other belongings in my garage. There was never a suggestion of him supplying a bigger or additional van.

We were then asked to pay an additional fee to store the items in Norwich and an additional fee to transport the remaining belongings in another van up to Edinburgh. In total I paid £1024 more than the original invoice.

After they moved my things into my new flat we realised that there was one item missing. I phoned the removal men and they said it was still in the storage unit in Edinburgh. My daughter drove to the store, found the item and found that it had been badly damaged. I have since been trying to find a company which is able to repair it.
