I NEVER NEVER EVER GOT MY ITEMS BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE
I have sent several emails, started on 12/3, 12/5, 12/16, and 12/30/2020 regarding my order that I placed on 11/07/2020. I have not received any responses from BBLuxuryOnline.com or about my item that I ordered. BBLuxuryOnline is advertising their store through Instagram, and offering several FAKE high end clothing shoes, and accessories at affordable prices. I became very interested in purchasing because of the low price luxury items I saw. So, I went onto BBLUXURYONLINE website page to place my order and made an account. I ordered these beautiful sneakers called Luxury Shoe-40, price was $240, but they had a promotion going for 10% off, so I actually paid $216.00. I received a link to use Zelle, or Cash app. I chose the Zelle payment method. I Zelled my funds for the sneakers which was directed for me to do to a KRISTAL D JOHNSON, bedazzledotboutique and the funds were transferred on November 10, 2020. My banking receipt was proof that I made the order online. The order 1478, which was generated by bbluxuryonline. I felt confident that everything was going well. So I checked back to my Bbluxuryonline account, and it showed item purchased. After several emails, I have came to realization that BBLUXURYONLINE is not going to fulfill my order and they didn’t. As time when on, my order that I purchased never showed in the mail and account was still stating unfulfilled. After several attempts through emails, direct messaging, I have not received one response from BBLUXURYONLINE as of today. I'm disappointed that it has to come down to me filing a complaint, but I see no other choice in the matter. BBLUXURYONLINE which is advertised on Instagram as a luxury store and should not be there because they are Fraudulent scammers... CONSUMERS PLEASE BEAWARE !!!!! I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!
