I pre-ordered Yuqi's new solo and had nothing but a perfect experience with Bbangya! The album was packaged beautifully and securely, and arrived in absolutely perfect condition - very quick dispatch despite being a pre-order! I'm super happy with my experience, and the personalised thank you is such a lovely detail. I'll be doing all of my online shopping with Bbangya now!

I have ordered from Bbangya! Several times now and they never disappoint. Their packaging is cute and secure. Everything I've ordered has arrived in perfect condition. They have great customer service and even with super busy periods (stray kids comebacks) they are amazing at providing updates to let everyone know where the albums are in the supply chain.
I recommend bbangya! To all my friends too.

They are amazing. Very informative when asked about items. They made sure we were kept in the loop regarding the extended wait for albums due to a manufacturer issue. I cannot fault these guys at all and I will use them for all of my future K-pop purchases.

I ordered 2 albums (1 was a pre-order), both were priced very fairly, and they were packaged carefully and came well in the time specified for pre-orders on the website item description and FAQs. We pre-ordered some Day6 albums with Bbangya. This price was really good and dispatch was very quick after release. The album was a random version but we made a note requesting which versions we wanted if possible and they did it! The order came with a pack of cute freebies such a stickers and a hand written thank you note which was a really nice touch! I'll 100% be ordering from Bbangya again!

This is actually the first time I am ordering a kpop album. THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. It came beautifully packaged and I got freebies as well. When I ordered, I requested for a specific member and they said they would do their best to meet my request and they did!!!

Went to the store about a month back and cant wait to go again! So much variety and good price range! Great little bits and bobs if your price range is small and loads of albums and cards if your budget is bigger! Staff are lovely and place is so bright and colourful!

I am new into K-pop and ordered the Stray Kids Karma album through them. It came beautifully packaged, had the best freebies included and the openness on their social media about waiting for deliveries was comforting! I would definitely use them again for other merch!
