BBANGYA have been fantastic. I was able to order some items I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. Unfortunately there was a delay with my order which was not BBANGYA’s fault. Their customer service was excellent and my items finally arrived beautifully packaged and with some extra treats.

This was my first time ordering from bbangya I ordered a lightstick, it arrived in perfect condition not a scratch even in the outer box, I will definitely be ordering from them again

I have used this site four times now and I am extremely happy with every purchase I make. Orders are packaged well and any issues that occur are communicated clearly and quickly, so I feel safe ordering each time.

I also really appreciate the added stickers and handwritten card included with every order, the letters are sweet and I like that the stickers usually match one of the products I’m getting so decorating photo cards is easier.

Ordered a light stick and 2 albums for my daughter’s birthday. They came wrapped up beautifully with stickers on them and a lovely note. Was a shame to have to open them to make sure I’d ordered the right stuff. I messaged prior to ordering and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

My album arrived today safely and i'm very happy with it! There's a few dents around the box but nothing that affects me and the contents inside so its ok! :D
