Hi guy's received my R9/4 today after unboxing, adjusting the hop up, it does exactly as described. 👍As for the service staff kept me informed of the progress royal mail tracker worked great ....can't thank you all enough keep up the good work 😉.

Really fast delivery, ordered on 4/7 and received on 8/7. A real quality gun at a very good price. I phoned for advice before buying and was told everything i needed to know. Great company, would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Well I previously ordered from here a gel rifle but upgraded to bbs now, order was shipped the same day, probably will order more from here as tried a different site,( yes I like shopping around)not only did they mess order up, but so far have not corrected it.
I happy with what been supplied so far but still early days. Keep it up and I'll definitely be getting more.

The guns seemed fairly price although I have not received my order yet. The site recommended batteries and chargers for the gun I picked but both were out of stock so maybe an update to that would be good. Also a feature in the site where you can check aftermarket compatibility with other products would be good to save time checking. Final idea, a custom gun builder feature could be really cool so you can see all your chosen parts together.
Overall pretty happy with my order so far, I just hope it arrives on time .
Only critisim I have is when you go back from an item it resets the page instead of taking me where I left off.

Poor aftersales service
Gun worked for six days. The companty do not carry any spare parts. And do not repair. The Company do not realize that you can turn a warranty problem into a service opportunity.
I will not use this company again.

Great website, fair advice for beginners to intermediate levels as it doesn't go into techno gibberish that requires in depth reading. Prices are excellent and the fact they keep older guns on the page let's newbies draw comparison.

Smooth transaction, excellent comms and post. Lovely little Beretta, comfortable, great fun and very accurate. Tempted to upgrade soon. Only one minor dislike is the magazine release is too easy to activate so have to change the grip slightly.

I ordered the items online with little trouble, my only slight gripe is that I couldn't use the discount code sent to me upon signing up, no matter how I tried.
I did get a nice phone call after placing my order stating that they had to make a slight adjustment to my order, they even made sure whilst I were listening that the amendment was in stock and offering balancing the difference with other items. Overall a good experience, I'm just looking forward to receiving my package as it has already been dispatched.

Ordered 2 gel blaster guns for my son’s birthday. On receipt one was apparently out of stock so a completely different gun was sent which wasn’t what he wanted and was returned. Refund was 2 weeks later. Would have preferred being contacted to advise out of stock rather than just being sent an alternate. Other gun advertised including gel balls but none were in the box. I emailed customer service but didn’t receive a reply or the balls. We bought gel balls and the gun doesn’t work. Rang numerous times but calls are just not answered so not resolved, total waste of money. I wouldn’t use again or recommend.
