I really like the website design, it’s easy to find products, easy to understand checkout. Overall great experience.

They're ok. I got what i ordered in a timely manner. I just wish their mobile site was better. I like to read *all* the reviews for products like this and didn't realize they only show the first 5pgs of reviews on mobile, which were somehow all 5*, it took me going on desktop to see reviews for a toy that were more similar to my experience, such as the rabbit toy i got being so small it made no sense on being able to use it for it's proper use and the rabbit part being pointy and uncomfortable.

Also when i put in my order I took several screen shots during the process to help a friend who was also making a purchase and all thru it all you can see the code for the free toy in my bag, and i made sure to exit my bag and click claim offer and everything just in case, but somehow after i finished my purchase my email receipt didn't have the code and support is saying they cannot modify shipped orders even if it was supposed to/qualified for gift promos, even with the proof i provided. So in the end after spending about $60 for 3 toys i only ended up getting 2 and only like/can actually use one of them. So overall.... be very careful with reading reviews, go on a desktop if u can (i wouldn't doubt some of the 5 stars are bot accounts in all honesty), make sure to read the full description, and if your receipt is missing something try to contact them asap before they ship your order.... or else you'll end up wasting a good amount of money like i did.

It was so easy to place my recent order, and the shipping and delivery were quick and easy.

I accidentally broke my first bbair in the ocean somehow (probably also to do with excessive use) but i really liked it and when i came to check about a replacement there was a 70% off sale which was great! I bought 2 (one to replace the one i broke and one for my fiancée) thanks so much!

i love bellesa boutique and bb outlet! and i'll continue to order from them in the future, but i wasn't super thrilled with this order. i paid for standard shipping, but waited 8 business days for my order to arrive. in terms of the product, i love the fit and the look of the nipple clamps, but the rubber tips (which are essential to the clamps being bearable pain-wise) fall off super easily, which makes for a lot of adjusting/fidgeting during sex.

I haven't really had issues with estimated delivery times but I placed this order on June 20 early in the day. I was quoted an estimated 3-5 business days. With Bellesa, I usually get the delivery earlier. With this one I waited with very unclear messages (likely because of increased pressure at the boarders) and when it finally came to my door I didn't get to it in time and had to go to the post office. I also didn't know there would be customs fees. But that has happened before. I don't know why that can't be factored in to the price sooner but I love Bellesa and if this is how it works right now, I get it

Products are top notch, discreet shipping, great cost for value. Shipping for the outlet is a bit slower than the normal boutique shipping, but not a big deal!
