BBQ world goes out of their way to solve a problem when there is an issue. They helped me find a replacement part for my Weber BBQ. They also ship very quickly. Considering things can be hard to get in NI , I find their online store a great help for my BBQ and cooler needs.
Please avoid using the website - the company incorrectly processed the dispatch instruction and send a BBQ to a wrong address. The customer support was not helping refusing to recognize their fault and refusing to refund.
If you don't want to buy more problems for yourself and get a headache, better order from someone else (John Lewis have the same prices)
