When purchasing a house
When purchasing a house, a survey suggested there might be asbestos in the property. I contacted Black Country Asbestos to have samples tested. I spoke to someone from BCA by email and over the phone. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had over 20 years of experience.
Why I am so impressed by BCA is that they advised that the asbestos installed in the property is safe and does not need to be removed. They obviously make money removing asbestos so this was a sign of how honest they are. Samples wall coverings were tested in the lab which took about a week. These tests came back negative (no asbestos). Again, proving their honesty and professionalism.
I highly recommend this company if you need an asbestos survey.
