Was told to go eff myself

Purchased via Ebay, was sent the wrong item. Asked to return, no issues but I needed the seller BC Gels to send me the physical label not electronic label as no printer but he blocked me on Ebay as confirmed by them. Called him and he said ‘go eff youself mothereffer’ so my advice is AVOID this clown. 18 years of using Ebay and never treated this way. Edit: Unsurprisingly BC Gels deny selling via Ebay…feel free to search them as a seller on the platform. Whilst most feedback is positive, you’ll see how they react to the negative feedback they get for similar issues. If I could add images of their profile I would but unfortunately I can’t. They joined in Oct 2014 and have nearly 4000 transactions…imagine lying so much to consumers….
Further edit: bc gels removed their first reply and are now saying I didn’t return the item, even after I got my husband to print the label and returned it via THEIR label…ebay have refunded me as I had shipping proof, any issues are the sellers to take up with RM. Unsurprising more lies from them. Never once mentioned that RM would collect from my house without the need for label, he’d already told me eff off and put the phone down no doubt. I have 100% feedback on ebay, as if i’m trying to get a mousse for £15 that I didn’t even order, for free.

Offered pre-paid label, where buyer can choose home collection / drop-off wrong item on the post office. Royal Mail have option to bring the label and attach to parcel for return, so no need printer. Customer want the item for free instead return. We didn't agree. Even if it is a shipping error on our part, the customer must return the product for an exchange or refund. But the customer just wanted it for free. We never deny selling in eBay, we told you need to contact through eBay, because is a different department. We just operate the web-page, where you didn't place the order, you placed on eBay. Also after checking the money was refunded, and the item not received. Who is the clown?

You have 100% because you are a buyer, including my feedback is positive. Sellers can't give negative or neutral feedback for buyer. About the label was said when you contact by eBay messages. But you REFUSE to return saying would not lost time to return. And that we had to give it for free.

WORDS FROM CUSTOMER:

"I’m sorry you want me to return something that’s your error? Surely you’re just going to send me the correct goods and not expect me to return something of such low value that is your error?!"

But in the final of the day if you said you return the item you printed the label and went to post office? Or used the eBay pre-paid label? As we didn't received. Have a tracking number to proof? So we can contact the company.

Free product because an error, just in your world.
