I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews but after putting in an order and receiving a confirmation email, I was put at ease. After trying on my trainers I instantly felt the difference in the quality, comfort and performance. It was worth every single penny!!

My friends are frequent customers so I decided to get my shoes from them. They just arrived and I'm so happy with them! Customer service was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Simply put, there isn’t a better company to buy hard to find sneakers from. I purchased two pairs of Nike Dunk low Panda and Baby blue colourways for my son and they were delivered within 24 hours of paying. Slight problem with the lacing on my end was addressed swiftly by the customer services whatsapp and my son was OVER THE MOON.

My sister ordered shoes from this website and it has been over 2 weeks yet the shoes are nowhere to be seen. They claim next day delivery in the uk and charge extra for it. They have not responded to any of her calls or emails. Clearly a lack of professionalism from their side.

My friend ordered a pair of dunks for her brothers birthday, it’s been over 10 days and they have not dispatched or confirmed the order. They do not respond to calls, messages or emails. they claim to next day delivery within the uk and charge for it, but don’t match up to it. Really bad customer care.

First time shopping at bcrep and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. The customer service was amazing and I received my shoes the very next day. I would highly recommend!

The service these guys offer is brilliant, definitely 5*, their customer service was fantastic, they were friendly, polite and helpful. The product was delivered when they said it would be and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone or using them again!

Atrocious service. I ordered an essentials jumper off their website. My order was no where to be seen. I contacted them numerous times via Instagram, WhatsApp and email with no response.
Their Instagram also appears to no longer be active.

I have placed an order for play station 5. Its been a week and this place has neither confirmed my order not responded to my repeated queries about the status of my order as to when will it be shipped to me. I have already paid in full 660 GBP. I am left clueless and wondering if I will ever be sent the PS5 and what has happened to my money.I do not recommend this place.
