If you're in the market for a temporary or quick-build structure, look elsewhere because we had a particularly poor experience.

Service- My wife and I needed a structure relatively quickly and we purchased what we thought would do the job; a 30x20 rigid-frame steel building with 'fabric' roof. We began the process on October 18th, sent payment the 20th and by NOVEMBER 6th, we had to resort to contacting a third-party to collect the crate from the shipping company originally contracted to deliver it to us. The shipping company only had BC Steel's contact info and (whether I believe them or not) claims they were never given our contact info to make delivery arrangements. Nor were we given their details, despite asking for them. We DID eventually get a half-destroyed crate with parts in it but, ONLY because that third-party I mentioned took pity on us and travelled all the way from Houston to act as our "Installer". After two attempts to ask for a refund of our shipping costs, we have (to date) had nothing but radio silence from BC Steel.

Quality- Several of the parts had cut holes in the 'fabric' tarpaulin and there were a large number of loose parts floating around the bottom of the shipping container. The instructions are HORRIBLE and leave out WAY too many very-important and easy-to-miss details that you don't find out till after the structure is half-built. Also, when you're told these structures are "easy" to construct, just save yourself a LOT of headache and hire someone to do the set-up for you. It CANNOT be done by 2 people. Not for the size of building we ordered.

Value - The third-party who very generously helped us out in actually obtaining our building is a very well-known dealer in Stabl structures, who make the product we bought. He told us that he had never seen a 100% markup on these structures before. Now, I credit that I should have done better research but, just be aware that OTHER companies out there are consistently offering these structures at a significantly lower price.
