The worst bank in the universe

The worst bank in the universe. These people are charging me for an undeliverable title because they refuse to fill out paperwork that the government has directly told them to fill out. They don't record any of the government conversations and continue to play games. 6 months of this nonsense. I'm literally having to sue them just so I can get a single piece of paper filled out that takes about 5 minutes. It is the law and required. BCU is such a bad group. It's going to be the biggest pain pulling all my banking away from these people. What an insult. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Not only that but they basically stole an entire car payment from me that I have to fight for. You make a payment, it doesn't apply to the balance, then they ignore you. You need a lawyer just to do business with them. Trump's America. All scams.

Don't Bother

After my mother passed, we had to distribute funds from her IRA accounts. One was at Vanguard and the other at Baxter. Baxter’s customer service was truly prehistoric compared to Vanguard. Had to send a PAPER check to my Vanguard account. Then, I needed tax information to complete my US return. Vanguard quickly gave me the info, while Baxter, after 3 different calls where I was promised information, stonewalled me, making my life needlessly difficult. Why deal with such incompetence? Just work with the big boys.

Impossible transferring funds from BCU

Is impossibly frustrating trying to access funds at BCU. Have had my $$ here for nearly 20 years. Never needed to access my funds -- until the past 2 weeks. Tried using their Zelle, but was blocked trying to make a 2nd transfer in 1 day. Tried transferring funds to another institution in their system, but was declared invalid. The option is for BCU to send me a check. This place is in the dark ages. And they are holding my funds hostage.

Ridiculously incompetent company

Every month my card gets locked down for an ad payment from Amazon. I've made this payment on and off for about 3 years. I've called several times to note this is an approved payment from an approved vendor. Customer service says they will put it on a list, that worked for exactly 1 month. Then they started doing it again.
Every time I have to call fraud, stay on hold, be asked 1/2 dozen different security questions, approve the payment, tell them this a recurring transaction and this happens every month and then they tell me they can't do anything about it and to call BCU customer service directly, which then is another phone call, another 20 minutes going through security questions, tell them what is going on and have them tell me they'll take care of it, only for it to happen all over again the next month.
I give up. BCU is hopeless.
The only reason two stars instead of one is that their other services have been ok.

This is a great financial institution

This is a great financial institution. They go to bat for you! They helped me find Cash Deposit ATM's. Gave me a Great Loan Deal! It's a shame they don't do shared branch services like other credit unions. But, I have found no drawback to them! They always find a way to help me do what I want!
Thanks BCU!
