Great customer service

I ordered this for a problem I had with my Achilles heel
the parcel arrived promptly and I was then contacted by Cher informing me that she would looking after my account and assisting me with the training.

Cher was very efficient and was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this didn't work for my injury so I returned the product after consultation with Cher

The return process was very simple and straightforward and I received the refund within approximately one week of me dispatching the parcel.

What I would say which is very important is if you are going to order this product make sure that you keep everything that comes with including the screwdriver and all the packaging is if you want to return it everything needs to be in the same condition as to when it arrived.

You will also have to go through the training which as mentioned above was very comprehensive with Cher

Cher arranged to call me at a set time…

Cher arranged to call me at a set time to suit me. Rang bang on time. Cher went through all the benefits of the device and how to use it. Additional information and tips to get the best results. It was well worth spending the time to take advantage of the training. Cher also explained how the 60 day money back guarantee works and what I have to do to take advantage of it. I have been using as instructed on my lower back and left side where I have had constant pain for past 5 years. I am in severe constant pain and use morphine bases drugs to control pain. I can already confirm that using the laser treatment plus daily use of a hand held massage gun is making walking much easier. I will review again in six weeks to confirm if the improvement is maintained.

I must say after six months a new customer team has responded and they have refunded my money.
Cheryl a new member in B-Cure laser was most helpful person.
Probably if it was same team at the time of purchase result would have been different. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

Came across this laser during an internet search and saw it had good feed back. Loads of online videos show it being used with the exact treatment protocols. Also backed by a 60 day money back guarantee which offers peace of mind and shows the company is confident their product works.
Ordered by phone and received a great discount and 12 instalments .
Once I received it I was contacted with a training session appointed by phone by Cher. She spent 30 minutes giving me a full explanation of how and why the laser works and also giving loads of tips and advice of how to use it and placement areas. A lovely lady who really wanted me to get the best out of the laser. She mentioned that if I don’t get the result I’m hoping for then returning is easy and just advised me to email her and also to contact her for any help or further guidance I may need.
All the above give me great confidence in this company .

REFUNDED SUCCESSFULLY

REFUNDED SUCCESSFULLY. Having seen the 60 trial period I decided to give it a go on my knees (osteoarthritis) it didn't work for me personally.
My experience with B-Cure was fine though. Kevin had been contacting me about how I'm getting on with it. I decided to return it and was encouraged to give it a little longer. Kevin called again and I said I would still like to return it. I was emailed the return details and posted it back. I did get concerned, having read other reviews, when another payment came out my account. I contacted Kevin and he sorted it promptly. Refund was processed and in my bank account the next day.

In the first week things changed!

I purchased my B-Cure Laser Plus in the first week of June. Immediately, I found my conversations with Cher to be helpful and to the point. Where she did not have an immediate answer she was quick to seek advice and relay that onto me. She offered support, which took away my initial reluctance to use this new (new to me) technology.

I’m in my mid-seventies and somewhat battle-scarred! Mountaineering has taken a toll on my knees; Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) has been poorly treated in the NHS and this device, research shows, helps to regenerate the mitochondria. “The mechanism of action is thought to be stimulation of mitochondrial respiration in muscles, and to increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP) needed to perform exercise.” (Ferraresi C, Kaippert B, Avci P, Huang YY, de Sousa MV, Bagnato VS, Parizotto NA, Hamblin MR. Low-level laser (light) therapy increases mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP synthesis in C2C12 myotubes with a peak response at 3-6 h. Further, I have upper respiratory problems. The B-Cure Laser Plus made an instant difference to this and within the week I now have my sense of smell back! Further, TODAY I discovered that I have been drinking coffee that it WAY TOO STRONG! I mistakenly thought the coffee was too weak; in fact my sense of taste had been compromised. Result: my coffee bill will decrease! Hopefully, my blood pressure will too.

These results have made me optimistic that I will soon be able to edit this or post again on further progress with a poorly knee.

Please AVOID at all costs

Please AVOID at all costs. I ordered this for my father and explained this several times. I haven’t received any correspondence to tell me directly when I needed to return the item. When I have attempted to request the details of how to return by contacting the organisation on multiple occasions, they have passed me from one worker to the next. I cannot recall formally signing an agreement for them to take any additional funds out my bank which they have now done and have refused to pause this while I evidence my attempts to contact the company. This is absolutely dispicable and anyone considering using this company should think again and considerable elsewhere. Customer Service was great initially, but when trying to arrange the return this has been terrible.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service.
Impossible to return. After several weeks of phone calls and emails nothing, absolutely nothing from them.
Even if you give them your order number they are rubbish. Don’t bother emailing Melis as it just bounces back to you
I am going to trash them on every social media outlet that I can.

They tried to con me out of £850 after paying for the laser a year later I got an invoice for another £850 for a subscription - shocking! never had any agreement or told about this, luckily the bank flagged this as possible fraud. Very unimpressed by the deceptiveness of this company!

I can't imagineIrresponsible work and slow service! that the relationship…

I can't imagine that the relationship with the company that offers B-CURE laser can be so difficult! When I contacted them by email, they kept calling me until I bought the product. When I spoke to their representative, Mark, he explained that I could contact them at any time, by email or phone number. I was given a password to log in to my account - the mission is completely impossible !!! I had questions that no one could answer. Subsequently, Adrienn called me on the phone, I was glad that there will be communication between us, but alas! Another disappointment! I had questions for her but she called me a few days late !!! Their product did not help me. He may have helped other people, I don't know. As their clients, I expected an adequate response from them! For me, they are not professional in their work. They can't cure some pictures in one brochure! It cannot be treated by phone! Yes, you have a lot of videos on the Internet, but everyone has their own problem! Finally, when I decided to return the product, the biggest problems started! I called on the phone in the office and what - a big transfer from person to person, waiting for days, promising that they will call, etc. Horror! I wrote to Adrienn by email, sent a message, nothing! Complete silence! Such irresponsibility! Absolutely no help from Adrienn !!! How many emails, messages and phone calls we had in two weeks !!! When Melis called me, I was hoping to get the job done quickly. I had to write an email saying that I would send a B-CURE laser to their company's address on the site so they could contact me! If the client does not call, they will not look for him! They are very kind, fast, correct while selling their product! Their products might help people, but I would never recommend it to my friends know! They need to build a new level of service to customers if they want to have sales, not just ads.

The device has never worked for me

The device has never worked for me, I never received a tutor to demonstrate and support me through using it.

My B-Cure developed what appears to be a generic fault even though it had only a few uses? And only a few uses as I was told not to use the B-Cure until I’d been showing how to use it.

It seems that I slept walked into keeping a unit that doesn’t work for me. Factor in I was never sold how it works, and no sales advice around legal contractual contracts.

Now B-Cure energies are sending me some very strongly worded emails. Even though there’s a likelihood I’ve been missold a product and there was definitely no after sales support.

This has proven to be a big mistake and regret!!

Didn't work for my knee osteoarthritis

Unfortunately this device did not work for me despite really persevering as guided by my excellent tutor Kevin. Unfortunately it seemed to further agrivate my knee arthritis more despite building up the time gradually as directed. Kevin was a great help throughout & arranged my product return & refund without quibble.

Speaking with Cher and explaining the issues to her she was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and reassured that this was right for my father to use the bcure laser. It has helped him enormously. I can only thank Cher for her help and you can tell by the way she talks about bcure laser that it works and it does!!! Would highly recommend a great product!!!

Hassled non-stop by sales people.

This product doesn't seem to work at all. I'm so confused by the many claims by sports people and b-list celebs, are they just paid to say it's brilliant? Anyway, free 60 days is a great offer (in principle) but a total nightmare to get them to take it back, I was hassled by sales people non-stop to make me keep it and then they tried to say it was too late to return it. Sorted it eventually but it was a really bad experience altogether.

Warning!
This is to warn people who are considering the free trial from this company. Definitely too good to be true. It’s a total nightmare trying and return it. Unless you want to spent days and weeks of your life pleading and begging for a return, stay well clear, they make it as difficult as possible and it’s not worth the hassle and stress.

Stay clear - this is credit card fraud!

I was promised a free trial and naively gave my credit card details for the £30 holding deposit.
As many other reviewers here, my requests to return the laser were ignored, followed by unauthorised charges to my credit card. I’ve never seen any paperwork or information from b-cure, yet they claim I’ve missed the return date and therefore have to pay in full for the laser??? Incredibly stressful and upsetting experience. I’m now spending hours on my credit card helplines trying to get these payments stopped. What a terrible company to deal with.

Traumatised by this unethical company

I’m literally traumatised by this company. I suffer from chronic back pain and tried the laser in good faith, being told I could test it for 60 days and return it free of charge if it didn’t help. It really didn’t work for me at all, no benefits whatsoever but worse than that, they wouldn’t let me return it when the 60 days were up. I called and called and they kept promising to arrange a collection. Nothing happened, they just ignored me. Then they started to charge my credit card, saying I had missed the return date and now had to buy the device. Horrible experience. Horrible company. Being vulnerable and in chronic pain and then being lied to and defrauded by a medical company, it’s absolutely shocking. How do you sleep at night running a business like that?

This company promises a free trial - then makes it impossible for you to return the product. Is this a con? Be super careful!!

I’ve ended up being charged over £800 for b-cure, when in fact I thought I was borrowing it to see if it would work for myself and my daughter. I’m so shocked by this, they seemed friendly and caring until I wanted to return the laser. No reply. No return address. Complete silence. I was not worried at first as it just seemed a case of their customer service being badly organised. How wrong was I!!?
Instead my credit card was charged and I was told I had now missed the return date. I gave my credit card for a £37 security deposit when borrowing the laser (or so I was told) and had no idea I would get stung for over £800. I’m so upset about this, it continues to be a huge financial stress and I feel completely conned by these people. Be careful if you ‘borrow’ the device, make sure you get information in writing and don’t trust their communication.
