At a time when mental health trainers/ consultants seem to be everywhere, it can be difficult to find ones that truly stand out - and that's what makes BDLD different. We are a two-man social enterprise that brings not just the knowledge and skills, but also a dynamic, thought provoking and, dare we say it, fun atmosphere to our delivery. MHFA

Such a fantastic and informative course and our trainer Kev (big dog) was great. I would recommend all organisations implement MHFA as part of their mental health and well-being strategy.

Fantastic course - would highly recommend for anyone!

Wow, what an engaging and truly fascinating course. By far the best I have ever been on.
Mental Health is such a minefield to most people and I found the course so enlightening. It has really made me think more about my own mental health and how I can help others. Additionally, how I would like to further my knowledge in the field.
Thank you Kevin for a fantastic 2 days. The course was so informative without feeling overwhelming and the takeaways will give me a lot more reading and learning to continue the journey.

Informative and Eye opening!!

Kevin from BDLD was an excellent facilitator. The course itself was extremely eye opening and has really made us think about what we can do as Mental health first aiders in the workplace. The course was extremely informative, opening our eyes to the signs and signals that someone may be in crisis, and equipped us with several tools to help people during this time. The content was easy to follow and some of the videos shared over the two days really helped to bring it to life. I look forward to reading through all the materials, and hopefully attending more BDLD courses in the future.

Great Course!

This was honestly one of the best courses I've ever been on. I can't stop telling people about it. It was genuinely so engaging and even there was so much to learn in 2 days, Kevin managed to do it in a way that wasn't overwhelming. He was an amazing instructor and you could tell he had a genuine concern in ensuring we were all safe and comfortable talking about the sensitive topics. Anyone thinking about doing this course, i'd recommend for sure! You'll wish you'd done it sooner!
