Downloads are easy to get and the pdf format makes it simple to read. Purchasing an electronic copy of these manuals is a great way to go.

good for downloads but not enough printed versions

My experience don’t go very well. Ordered and paid for magazine and started download. Foolishly I kept trying when I lost link due to local storm conditions and used up my downloads to no success. Wrote explaining my problem and, to date, no reply and only a request to rate my experience.

Finally was able to download my purchase.

This problem was solved. However the vendor still has to redesign the implementation of the downloading mechanism, as sometimes the process gets interrupted, for whatever reason, and the customer is unable to repeat the download.

I bought an item. Then the download didn't work, It was in iPad. I tried again and also tried on my computer, but I only get a message that I have exceeded the number of downloads allowed. So, I am left without my money and without the download.

Very good magazines, fast downloads, only problem I encountered was
trying to log in, after 6 attempts to log in I was getting rather annoyed with it
saying it did not reckonise my log in details, then suddenly it did and allowed
me to download. Other than that no problems

Adobe Photoshop
Magazine / Booklet / e-doc with much information for a very reasonable price. Very good price/quality ratio. Easy procedure for delivery.

Easy to understand contents with lots of graphics. Can retain what has been read with ease. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick reference.

Publications are informative and kept up to date

Because I cannot find your publication's in New Zealand I am forced to get them online. Better there than not being able to buy them at all.

I ordered (I thought) a BDM paperback publication on getting to know my iPhone12.... today I received “Python, The Beginners’ Drive”.. “Discover the skills and tools you need to be a programmer”. I am not going to be a programmer. I just want help in understanding my new phone. Now the hassle to return and get what I ordered!
Wow... the BDM Editorial Director reached out to me quickly and apologized for the error and is quickly shipping the correct publication and immediately made offer to get content online to me. We all make errors and BDM obviously cares about their customers. Impressed this 75 yr old! Reminded me of “back in the day” when customers mattered! I now rate BDM 5 stars.

People over 60 who use this book are still confused. It would be better if diagrams were added step by step to show less competent people just how easy or hard it may be. Not every person is computer literate as they have not had the experience or tutoring at say school or college to fully understand how The Cloud works.

Good item. Easy and fast download.

Purchased a bundle from BDM and my Granddaughter erased my tablet backup. I contacted BDM and was told they only allow one download. To me if you purchase a digital format it should be able to be downloaded to your email as long as you have proof of purchase. Apparently with BDM this is not the case and that is why they only get two stars and no further orders from me.

This is my second purchase from Black Dog Media.

The website is easy to use and has a wide range of topics. The ebooks are ready to download immediately after purchase. The prices are reasonable. Being able to review the table of contents before purchase is helpful. The best feature is having access to purchase anytime of the day or night!

The ebooks are always great value, and when I had an issue downloading a couple from a bundle I'd brought, the team sent me a direct link so that I could download the ebook. Will keep looking at the site and emails for more bargains too.
