Deliberately make it very difficult to refund the purchase
Plugins are probably fine, but they deliberately make it very difficult to refund the purchase. I was able to do it last year by contacting their support. But that didn't cancel the subscription, so now I have to refund it again this year.
If you search for "refund" on their ticket page, there will be no guide for it. The only guide I found said "you can refund the purchase from your dashboard"... great... where and how? It's not clear, and they are hoping that I just give up.
