Hello, I hope I can help you. I made the last order from this site in Berlin for the third time. I bought a jacket in DENIM which I never received for finished merchandise nor the money back paid by PayPal. I received an Email after making the payment for the jacket after 29 days telling me that it was not available to receive it. It's been almost a month as of 3/11/23 and I still haven't received my money back either. Email calls and nothing. It will be possible that they went bankrupt or stole the money. I would say not serious people! Alberto from Italy.

I ordered a coat on November 1st 2022, and I didn't receive it before the end of December. But I got it, and I'm very happy for it. I waited for a very long time, which was horrible, but all the way I was very happy for the customer service who was kind to answer me and call me back if I was frustrated about the waiting time. I wouldn't be afraid to buy anything else at Be Edgy, you just have to be aware that it might take time before you receive your order.

I'm waiting for order #8442, lost I don't know where. I received DHL invoice, inside there is order #8463 (not mine). The free return label provided for orders from Italy is NOT in the box! Somebody else is waiting for it, but I can NOT return it to Be-Edgy without crono reverse label.
I sent 2 mails, no answers, no label, so no money back!//Finally I received the label and I sent back the wrong box. Nobody in Be-Edgy collected the invoice that is in post office's deposit in Berlin. I received my money back to Paypal. BadExperience
