Problems started immediatly: for the birth list you can find in the shop that they don't exist online. And also vice-versa with items that we saw online and wanted to check before adding them to the list but don't exist in shops.
We bought online a co-sleeper and another problem: it is supposed to arrive in couple of days but it took more than 2 weeks. Firstly, they took 3 days only to hand the box to the post and then the post blocked it because Orchestra declared that the box's weight was only 1kg (when it was 20kg). I called Orchestra to explain the issue so they called the post to unblock it, but the lady on the phone was only saying "It will arrive tomorrow". Not willing to understand I was giving them the solution. Terrible service. One week later finally the post gave the box to another company to deliver the box.
Then, someone purchased an item from the birth list and we received the email confirming that the item was there to pick up. When we arrived at the shop it turns out that there was no stock since months in any shop and even the item had been removed from the system so it couldn't be ordered. UNBELIEVABLE that you can choose and buy an item that they can't provide.
And we are still waiting for more than 6 weeks another gift that it says it is still in command.
I really regret doing the birth list here
