We understand what you mean about the “copy-paste” feel—if communication or parts of the session come across as templated, it can reduce trust and make the experience feel less interactive. That’s not what we want. We’ll share this with the team and work on making sessions and follow-ups more personalized, more interactive, and more on-point. You’re also right about the basics like dates and timings—those should be clearly mentioned in every message and shared in one place so there’s no confusion. If you faced this in a specific communication (webinar invite, WhatsApp message, email, etc.), please share the screenshot/details with support so we can fix it quickly and improve the template/process going forward.
