I ordered from BEACHED but didn't receive my item. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and social media but got no response. Thankfully, I used PayPal and managed to get a refund. It's a shame because their products seem great, but the communication and delivery need improvement.

Item never arrived, tried to contact the company but no response

DO NOT ORDER, I ordered in January and still not received, I emailed several times and even left message on their Facebook and instagram pages. But totally ignored by them, luckily I paid through PayPal, and just received my money back, it’s a shame as the product is great,

I placed an order for Ray for Days and haven't received the item nearly 5 weeks later. I've had zero response from numerous emails asking for an update.

Thankfully I paid for the item through PayPal and have been able to receive a refund through their buyer protection - for anyone else that's also been affected, you may also be able to get a refund this way. Good luck!

Do not buy!! Have purchased and not received. Have tried contacting numerous times but no response. Don’t get caught out like me.

I am still awaiting delivery of my order. I have contacted the beached team and was given an alternative address of the logistics team but no one has responded. I placed my order on 18th Feb. Very disappointed.

Haven’t received item or notification of it being sent ?

Please do not buy......their email now does not work so cannot get in contact with customer service. They must be going into liquidation or something....but it's bye bye to my money .

Ordered a week ago and no news on tracking and delivery. No response to emails I’ve sent and when I did send an enquiry, I was asked to forward it to somebody else!

Hasn’t arrived after weeks. Emailed repeatedly. Love the Rays for Days but really annoyed by the lack of response to my numerous emails regarding the fact the product hasn’t turned up. Money had been taken.

Took my money and I haven’t received the product it’s been 2 weeks!

Never received the item, no communication and no refund.

Keep sending me emails to rate your product!!!! But no product to try and your customer service is awful, no replies at all . Placed order on the 1st of February

Ordered some of the face tan which I have used for over 12 months fabulous product I ordered in the 26 January still not received 15 days later i have sent several emails and had no response at all extremely disappointing fabulous product shocking customer care

Item has not arrived and despite various email chasers have heard nothing back from Beached as to the status of my orders, a refund or any sort of apology

Terrible service

As others have said I placed an order and have had no response from customer service. Shocking that these people can get away with this

I haven’t received my order yet. I be emailed several times, haven’t a response. I feel I’ve paid for something I’m not going to receive.
