I have recently completed my CeMAP 1 training with Beacon Financial and had a really great experience.

Brendan was an excellent trainer — he explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which made a big difference when covering some of the more complex topics. The sessions were engaging and really helped things click, especially when it came to exam-style questions.

Thanks to the training, I felt well prepared going into the exams. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone starting their CeMAP!

I’ve recently gained my CeMAP qualification and can’t thank Brendan from Beacon Financial enough.

The intensive courses were incredibly valuable throughout my learning journey, and Brendan made the content much easier to understand by breaking everything down into bite-sized chunks. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt fully supported from start to finish. Brendan was always on hand to help, even replying to emails late at night (he truly never switches off).

By chance, I also bumped into someone last week who had trained with Beacon Financial through her employer, and she was just as impressed with Brendan’s in-depth knowledge.

A full five stars every day of the week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would highly recommend Beacon Financial Training with Brendon. I chose to do the 4 day intensive course for both CeMAP 1 and also CeMap 2&3 and for me this was excellent as Brendon has such a great wealth of knowledge and insight and was able to structure the training around the most likely subjects to come up in the exams so the content didn’t feel too overwhelming. He is extremely thorough and his explanations and examples are clear and easy to understand. I can’t thank him enough. Without his help I certainly wouldn’t have been able to pass so quickly! I highly recommend Beacon Financial Training. The online course was excellent and I'm so happy to have gained my CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications. The whole thing was convenient to fit around my work schedule which is why I chose the online option. Brendan is a an excellent teacher. A lot of the information was new to me and he explained everything really clearly in a way that was a lot easier to understand than if I had just read the material. I also appreciated the extra support given whenever I had a question about something. I'm really grateful to have done this course and couldn't recommend it more to someone who wants to become a Mortgage Adviser.

Brendan is a great teacher, bought the classroom course for Cemap 1 & the online course for 2&3. It massively sped up the process for me and I definitely recommend if you want to get through your exams as fast as possible.

Using the online training it was so useful to be able to go over topics multiple times and have Brendan on hand if I needed any further clarity.

Highly recommended course. Brendan is a very experienced tutor to explain the new CeMAP curriculum which is a hurdle to me if I do self learning.

Passed all three cemap modules thanks to Beacon, the videos and advice from Brendan was on point through out and very easy to digest. I have now had two job offer on a higher salary than I am on now.

I genuinely recommend using Beacon.

Brendan was Fantastic! I did the online webinar for Cemap 1 over the week the way Brendan delivered it both with so much context and well explained it made it a breeze to understand - especially as id spent about a month trying to read my way through the LIBF book they sent out (Which wasn't fun...). He always had enough time for us even the days between finishing the course and exam to make sure I was fully ready.

With CeMAP 2&3 I did the online video course due to not been able to get the week off for the course but again the video course was so well delivered and well explained through out and if there was anything I didn't know Brendan was always at hand over email to assist and fill in the blanks.

Overall I couldn't recommend beacon and Brendan enough they really were fantastic and best of all I passed all 3 exams first time with merits and distinctions!

I did the Cemap one last week and took the exam today and passed. This would not have happened without Beacon and Brandon training approach and materials.
Moving forward to do cemap two course soon

Took me from knowing nothing about the financial industry to passing CeMAP in 5 weeks! Brendan has a way of explaining everything in layman's terms that really lets it sink in. So glad I chose Beacon Financial for my training.

I sat and passed my CeMAP1 course today! There was a lot of pressure and trepidation in the run-up to sitting the exam. But thanks to the great training provided by Brendan, I passed with flying colours. I would highly recommend!
